He was very professional throughout the whole process. Our neighbors even commented on what a great job the contractors were doing throughout the process. Comment: From when we found this home, just a block shell, to the finished product, Chris Milton and his team allowed us to be a part of the building process along the way! We bought our own fixtures for everything and we were able to add little things along the way, like extra outlets or extra concrete for the driveway and back patio area! (It did cost us, but better to do it when the home is being built) This is my first time buying a home, and everything went wonderfully!! We love the layout of the home, especially the open kitchen with an island! It is just what we needed in a home!! Thank you to everyone who helped make this house our home! ❤️

Comment: We are still in the building process, but so far Chris and Stephanie have been professional, friendly, helpful and responsive. Estimated end of May for completion but we have realistic expectations and know things can come up that are out of their control. As long as there is good communication well be happy. We will post again upon completion with an update on how the whole process was for us.
