Comment: We tiled our entire home. Carlos Was great! He was professional and helped us through the entire process. The project was completed in the timeframe and within the budget we discussed. Carl always answered my calls or got back to me quickly to address all of our needs. The quality of the work was impeccable! It looks like a brand new house! I spoke with several contractors. Ace/Carlos were more responsive , more professional and less expensive not to mention that they met/exceeded all of our expectations. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

Comment: I just finished an interior house remodel with Ace – All flooring, full kitchen, bathrooms, half walls removed, new doors, trim, etc. Babette was at the highest level of professionalism the entire time and was also a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail and design eye was also appreciated and needed. She has a fantastic team of subs, and the GC/Project lead she used was great.  The advice I would give to anyone is whatever budget you have and agree to be prepared for things to come up that will be over and above what you think. We found bad plumbing inside the walls that needed to be replaced throughout the house, and also I decided to upgrade a few design choices. None of these overages was the fault of Ace, and if anything, Babette found creative ways to scale back and help me/us in other areas to try the lessen the financial overages somewhat. At the end of the day, we have an utterly fantastic new house interior done by an incredible woman/person/biz partner who treated us like family and is very talented at home remodeling.

Comment: I have used Ace Homeremodeling since moving back into the area in 2015. The first contact I had with them was to remodel my laundry room and create a space for my tv to hang in my built in entertainment center. The work was excellent and executed nicely and Babette was great to work with. My next project was to make a older style wall closet more accessible and larger. That too was excellently was done within the time frame! My next project was extremely large after finding water damage. The project include moving, removing and adding walls. Enlarging the kitchen with all new cabinet and appliances creating a mud room using part of an extra bedroom for adding a larger closet in one room while creating a large walk through pantry and laundry room and a total tear out and rebuild of a bathroom… this was a very large project with lots a moving parts and waiting on supplies to be available, that being said for such a big project it went smoothly while delays were from manufactures being behind. Again Babette was great to work with and anything that I had a question about she listened and answered, if I wanted to change something that wasn’t in the proposal she went over the cost and fees. If there was something wrong with the workmanship she brought back her people to do it right. Having so much work done on your house at one time is stressful, however I know that she listened to me, answered my questions and we moved forward with the work. My home is beautiful and it became more usable with all the remodeling it’s not an easy process to go through but having the owner listen, take interest, take care and make it work made me know that I chose the right company to do such an amazing project

Comment: We researched and interviewed several companies.  The initial meeting with Babette was exciting. You could see she had a vision for our kitchen.  Her quote wasn’t the most expensive or the cheapest,  but was fair.   After a few days, we decided to go ahead and sign with Babette.It was 8 weeks of work with a few challenges throughout, but her subcontractors were great and very courteous. And the end results were the “WOW factor” she promised us at the beginning. She cares and proved that because she was accessible the entire project.  Any questions or concerns you have just text her or call her.  She and her project manager, Carl, showed up to our house numerous times to check on the progress and quality. When there were issues, they addressed them and had them resolved quickly.Our kitchen is now the centerpiece of our house. It is everything we dreamed of - for our renovation goal.  The coffee and wine bar additions are just spectacular. Thank you Babette. We highly recommend going with Ace.

Comment: Ace home remodeling is the best. Babette has done several projects in my home and they have upgraded it tremendously. I did an outdoor kitchen on my pool deck a year ago. The cobalt blue cabinets have not faded and are beautiful in this hot Florida sun. The quartzite countertop is seamless and sparkles. Her tile guy was an artist. The tiles are a Mexican talavaria and it pulls the colors of the pool tile and cabinets together. Babette has a great eye for detail. Not only is she very talented, she is very accessible. Any texts were answered promptly. Her workers were always on time and the work was done quickly. She also transformed my daughters plain box , builder grade room with molding and new doors. Her carpenter is a true craftsman. I can’t wait for Babette to upgrade our kitchen and take this 90s house into the present.

Comment: We flooded during Hurricane Ian, and after the water mitigation process were left with a mess on the first floor of our 2 story townhome. I waited for another contractor to give me pricing and information for about 6 weeks before I got Babette’s information. When I finally reached out to Ace Home Remodeling I was at my wits end and so incredibly frustrated with everything. Babette and her team renewed my faith in contractors and the construction industry. From our first phone conversation I could tell Babette was thorough, and had had an eye for detail. She accomplished in about a month what I did not think was possible. She completely renovated our first floor, put in a brand new kitchen and fixed issues we didn’t even realize we had. I can not recommend this company and Babette enough. She’s responsive, fast, and will not let even the smallest detail slide. The pictures attached show the work her team did but what you can’t see is how often she took our phone calls, text messages and how amazing she is to each and every client she has. I will recommend Ace Home Remodeling and Ace Home Construction to anyone who will listen. We will definitely be using them again in the future and there’s no one else I would trust with our home. However Babette shines in all these areas - any time we ran into an issue she was right there with me figuring out the best path forward. Comment: I highly recommend Babette and her team at Ace Home Remodeling. She helped us with a very tricky kitchen and master bath remodel as well as a wall removal in the middle of the pandemic. To make things more complicated, I got Covid a year earlier and had become extremely chemically sensitive. I called around in central Florida and there were no contractors willing to work with me with most of them not even knowing what VOCs were and one asserting that my chemical sensitivity “wasnt possible”. From the first time I talked to Babette, she was on board and excited to help me. She was already familiar with chemical sensitivity and took my needs very seriously. I picked out many of the materials for the project myself but after I explained what was needed she became adept at screening building materials herself. Babette’s entire team was soon educated about chemical sensitivity and went out of their way to keep me safe.With all of the constraints on our project, you would think that cost would be a secondary consideration to Babette but that was far from the case. She worked hard to keep the costs as low as possible and was completely upfront with me when plans changed. Our project was in the middle of all of the Covid-related material shortages of price hikes and I honestly don’t know how she managed to keep everything on track. Her project manager was also extremely knowledgeable and helped us reduce costs. On the rare occasion that something wasn’t perfect, Babette or her project manager would catch it and it would be corrected immediately. Importantly, even after extensive remodeling, my chemical sensitivities were not triggered when we moved back in.We worked very closely with Babette during my project and while I greatly appreciate her professionalism and work ethic, I am particularly grateful that she always picked up the phone when I needed her and was a constant support. I will certainly use Ace Home Remodeling and Babette for any projects we have in the future.

Comment: So...we bought a house in Bay Hill that was stuck in the 70s and we wanted a modern, open concept house. We had asked for pricing from a couple of vendors when we closed the house and they all backed out given the scale of what we needed. We hired Ace Home Remodeling based on recommendations in NextDoor while we lived in Virginia - moving to FL.It started with the stucco walls and ceilings being drywalled to a level 5 finish. We moved into the house - in two of the bedrooms while the major remodeling happened and it was a breeze. We demolished the kitchen and master bath, removed walls, flooring and installed a state of the art high end kitchen, new air conditioning units, recessed lighting, amazing quartz countertops throughout and painted the inside and outside of the house. We encountered mold and rotten wood from leaking storefront windows and propane tank issues during demolition but Babette and her team at Ace Home Remodeling brought the right contractors to solve the issue. We used Aces buying power to negotiate better prices at suppliers as well. As you can imagine, buying 5000 sq ft of ceramic tiles for the floor is expensive...but we saved a ton. And dont get me started on the artistic skills of the tilers who did our three bathrooms or the plumbers who magically moved the washer and dryer from the garage to the master bathroom. Amazing stuff. Pulling permist and passing inspection was so easy - Ace took care of it all.Fast forward, our home is a showpiece. Our original realtor who helped us purchase the house visited and told us the workmanship was outstanding and increased the value of our house bu 20% more than we paid Ace.Babette is an amazing human as well. My husband and I are immune-compromised and when I asked that contractors wear masks - she immediately put up signs and told her subs about our situation. And, recently our dog Logan passed away and Babette came by with some flowers and a big hug. A true gem of a human. We truly lucked out working with her - even if it was a blind purchase initially. Thank you Babette for making our vision and dreams come to life.

I wanted an open concept with meant taking out a wall, and adding a steel beam. Ace said Sure!. When I had them remove the indoor jacuzzi and found black mold from years of leaking, Ace handled it. It was all done professionally and properly. I did need a bit of hand holding and Babette was there every step of the way. Never imposing, but offering suggestions. You want someone who will tell you like it is, but after they listen to your ideas, hopes and concerns. Babette will do exactly that and exceed your expectations. Comment: My family and I recently had the guts to take on a fixer upper and the end result came out incredible thanks to Babette and her team at Ace Home Remodeling. Carl did an outstanding job making sure that deadlines were met on time and that we ended up with the best possible product. His vast experience led us to choose a tile floor over a waterproof vinyl and it was definitely the right choice. Our house is a nearly 70 year old home in the Conway area. Babette and her team remodeled 3 bathrooms and added the aforementioned tile floor throughout the house with carpet in the upstairs master and loft. Jason was truly a perfectionist when laying the tile. As stated this is a 70 year old home and he prepped the floor and floated the tile to perfection. Babette really allowed me to stay on budget throughout the job notifying me of areas and opportunities where we could save money. All in all I will be going back to Ace for several home improvement projects in the near future when we begin to tackle the creation of an outdoor kitchen. Her enthusiasm, creativity and willingness to listen to my ideas, immediately convinced me that she was the right fit for the job. Being a turn key operation sealed the deal as I didn’t want the stress of procuring any items on my own or coordinating subcontractors. They did that all for me. Comment: Babette and her team completed a full kitchen redesign and 3 bathroom remodels for us. The finalproduct was more than we could have even imagined - definitely our dream home. I chose Babette after reaching out to several other companies, many of whom never even responded. Babette was amazing and was very quick to talk through options and provide an estimate. What we loved most about her though, is that she is able to help with the design. Many companies we spoke to will only do the work but won’t do the design - given that we have no design skills, we needed someone that could do it all. Babette and her team absolutely blew us away with their kitchen design - creating a wide open area with tons of counter space and storage that we were originally lacking. We didn’t know this kitchen was even possible. The bathrooms were completely modernized and Babette helped every step of the way offering advice and design options to fit our preferences. There were definitely issues that popped up along the way (as there are in all remodeling projects), but one quick call to Babette and she was on it - coming up with solutions and following through to make sure everything was taken care of. While it was definitely a stressful time, I never really worried about anything because I knew Babette would handle it. I am so thankful I happened to come across her company while planning for our remodel.

Comment: I was looking for someone to do some custom accent tile work at my entry wall and the hall leading to my guest bathroom. After a ton of searching and calling around, I came across ACE Remodeling and Im extremely grateful I did. I emailed them and the same day Babette called me to discuss my project. She was very professional and we discussed my project in detail. Since it was a smaller scale project that didnt require project management or anything she put me directly in touch with her tiler Jason Wilson.Jason was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He took my notes/pictures and used his expertise and came back with a couple recommendations. We decided on an idea I never wouldve thought of due to my inexperience and I absolutely love the finished product. Pictures wont do it justice. Jason was great to work with and very professional. He said hed be there at 8:30 and was here at 8:25 and was very patient/gracious in answering all my questions. He kept me updated throughout the day on his status and finished in the timeline he promised. The cherry on top is he was the most cost effective of all the tilers I contacted for quotes and the work looks top of the line. We werent financially ready to start yet and they were amazingly patient!! so when we were ready to start they had it done quickly, smoothly, and beautifully. The quality of work is amazing, and theyre very respectful. Im very happy with the contractors and subcontractors. Very energetic, flexible, and easy to work with; especially with our complicated schedules. We have another large project to tackle next year and wouldnt want to use anyone else for it!

Comment: Where to start.... my first contractor left my husband and I high and dry. I called numerous places to come finish our master bathroom, but none of them met my standards. I was finally at wits end when I came across ace home modeling. I called and spoke with Babette, immediately I felt at ease... she took time out of her day to hear me out, listen to what we needed and within two hours she was at our house assessing the situation. Comment: I learned of Ace via a contractor friend. I can say that the services I received were excellent. They remodeled a very large fireplace that was outdated, and not very well designed to begin with. Babette provided excellent guidance and ideas. She made sure that the workers understood exactly what was decided on regarding the work details and followed up continuously to make sure that everything was as agreed. In addition, she made suggestions along the way as the work progressed, to make sure everything turned out well and I was satisfied. In fact, she even stopped by afterwards and did some touch-up herself, as she wanted everything perfect. She didnt have to do that.
