After running into issues with Home Depot refusing to install it due to us having a backsplash, and being stuck and panicking without any idea what we could do, we reached out to Ben and he was able to take care of it the same hour it was delivered. It looked like a pretty tough job (much more complex than I anticipated) but he was able to get the old microwave removed and installed the new one in its place without damaging or having to remove the existing backsplash. Great job all around and highly recommended!

They went beyond what I initially expected and did a clean out of the vent and replaced the outside vent exhaust hood. This was all done within four hours of my reaching out to them. We had sewage flooding our basement and Ben came out and worked on our unit’s drainage deep into the night (in the oppressive humidity). The issue ended up being a building issue (cracked pipe somewhere else on the property) but they still came back the next morning to make sure our drainage wouldn’t backup before the condo association fixed the problem. Oh, this was a Saturday night and Sunday morning. Great team (thanks guys)!

Comment: Im 75 years old and living on social security. I cannot afford to be on Acer Constructions regular snow removal route. I have the smallest snow blower available and, if we get only 4 inches or less of snow, Im still able to deal with it myself. However, if we get more snow than that - as when we got almost 16 inches recently - its beyond me and my little Toro. Through a web site that I subscribe to, I discovered that Acer generously gives back to the community. They offer snow removal services at a discounted rate to elderly people in their service area.I took advantage of their offer for that particular snow event. The gentleman who arrived came early enough to dig me out for an early doctors appointment. His name is Ben George and he did an excellent job. Since I back out of my driveway onto Touhy Ave., the snow plows always build a high wall of wet snow at the end of my driveway. This wall was even too much for the snow blower Ben was using, so he actually shoveled this wall of wet snow the old-fashioned way - quite a task!Ben is friendly and accommodating and will schedule around your needs. Hes a sweetie. I will keep the contact information, but hope for all of us that I wont need him any more this winter. If I do need help, I know where to call.
