Comment: We ended up at the Adams Homes Sales Center by coincidence but it turned out to be the best experience in our home search. There we met Alex Fernandez Torres who went over and beyond what would be expected of a Real estate agent to guide our every step and answer all our questions about the housing communities and Ocala Fl. Unfortunately we couldnt make a commitment at the time but not because of his knowledge and professionalism...

Comment: Lived in our home for 8 months and we love it. Neighborhood is still being built and it’s nice to see the progress. Had a couple issues that was found, but the warranty covered everything. Scheduling those repairs was all done through email and for the most part was seamless. The only hiccups was due to the third party contractors, who at times was hard to get a hold of. Considering the pandemic it is probably expected, but all issues were completed and it wasn’t anything major. Our sales manager was awesome and the super was fantastic! Still see them from time to time walking by or working on another property and always have pleasant interactions. Couldn’t be happier with living here and looking forward to years of enjoyment.

Comment: I contracted with Adams Homes in Early 2021, the house was to be finished in Sept, but as we all know Covid had other plans and the construction was delayed till finished in Jan 2022.during this time , cost of construction rose sharply, but Adams homes completed the project for the cost contracted for with out cutting corners ! I would like to buy another home just like it!!they kept me informed every week of the progress which was important as i am out of State.Great sales staff, would buy again from them !!

Comment: Adam Homes built our home and we love it. Our only issue is our flooring in the kitchen. Once we purchased our refrigerator and installed it the flooring started lifting in the kitchen. We contacted Adam Homes warranty department to get it repaired but they informed us it wasn’t covered.. nevertheless, we ended up replacing our kitchen floor (a cost of $2k). We weren’t happy about that. Other than that... we were treated with respect, they were very professional and thorough.

Comment: As a Realtor in the Tampa Bay area, I always introduce Adams Homes to buyers who are looking for new construction when the amenities of the community match what the buyer is looking for. They build a very nice home at a great price. Their lots are mostly larger and do have a community in the area on very large lots in a more rural setting. Dont miss going to see them.

Comment: We had a great experience with Adams Homes. We built in Parrish and signed our contract in August 2020 - understanding a slower than normal build time due to supply chain issues and labor shortages. The sales team and superintendent communicated with us throughout the build which helped us manage our expectations and timeline. Theyve been very responsive when a few things needed fixed. We couldnt be happier with Adams Homes.

Comment: I am not sure why people are giving so many bad reviews. Our experience with Adams Homes in Florida was pleasant and satisfying. Karol Sawa (our Superintendent) was very careful about issues we found and fixed them asap.
