Comment: My grandson’s family had a kitchen fire which affected the entire house. I went only to Addison Riley as I knew their reputation. They quickly worked up the estimate and dealt with my insurance company. They have the personnel, knowledge, and insight to turn a disaster into a better place to live. In the rebuild process, we used their suggested improvements and upgrades. I was very pleased with Cory on the estimate and Paul and crew to get them home in 6 months which included maybe 2 of remediation. In this day of long delivery times, they figured ways to overcome it. Thank you.

Comment: Jon and his team were a lifesaver after Hurricane Sally. We signed pretty soon after the storm after hearing from multiple friends how good they were at handling insurance claims. He and his team didnt disappoint. It was a long battle with our insurance, but we finally received enough to put a new roof on our home.With the challenges of getting shingles after all of the disasters, it was surprising that we were given multiple choices. The roof looks absolutely stunning and we couldnt be happier. Neighbors that weve never met have been coming up to us asking who did the work. I suppose that speaks for itself! Comment: Jon and his team have been clutch in helping us navigate a Hurricane Sally repair claim with our insurance company. They provided a very detailed repair estimate with the justification required to push it through, even mediating with our adjuster further to get us what we need, providing expertise in building codes that our adjuster didnt even know! I truly believe we wouldnt have gotten the money we needed to make all the repairs had we went with another company that was not as experienced in dealing with insurance claims and building codes. They replaced wood on my roof that probably should have been replaced 2 roofs ago. They worked hard between all the rain events to get my roof completed in a timely manner and it is just beautiful. Comment: I needed to have an entire roof replaced and had a great experience with Addison Riley! I worked with Jon and Rusty which made sure I was in the loop during the whole project. We did have to battle the weather for about a week and a half, but Rusty made sure to let me know what the game plan every step of the way. Once the weather allowed us to get started, the crew had almost the entire roof (3,000 sqft of roofing) done in 1 day! The team came back the next day and wrapped up. They did a good job cleaning behind themselves and even left me the extras after the job (extra felt and shingles in case I ever need a patch job due to mother nature). Great guys to work with and had a great experience over all.

Comment: We had a small roofing job that needed to get done on a project we were working on at our house. All the other companies I called were either not interested or would not return my calls. Jon Pruitt was recommended to me by a friend. Jon returned my call immediately and was able to schedule one of his team members, Adrian to meet me that same day. We met later and he said there would be no problem taking care of what I needed, and he would be there first thing in the morning. To his word, Adrian had the job completed by 9AM the next day. He got out there in 100 degree weather and climbed under house. He fixed it quickly and all clients (buyers/sellers/realtors) loved his customer service skills.
