Comment: We contracted with Adkins to bring our recently purchased condo up to code. They were very responsive at our initial phone contact, talking us through the process of retro-permitting previous work. Other contractors were not interested in taking on this project.Their communication email system was very good in keeping us up to date with schedules and the few changes, and all the subcontractors were equally responsive, friendly and dedicated. I wish all our projects would go so smoothly!

Comment: Put in a wall, a fire wall, repaired and replaced faulty wiring, electrical in a kitchen, installed smoke detectors and relocated plumbing. Not too sexy but they did great work and brought the prior work done up to code.

The project was done on time, despite a couple of unforeseen problems regarding the floor underneath the bathtub. James figured out a solution, and we are so pleased with the finished product!! Although this was a small project in the grand scheme of things, the Adkins crew treated it like it was their most important project. Would highly recommend.

We love our 15 new Simonton impact resistant windows. Not only does this add to the exterior curb appeal of our home but also the ambiance inside is quieter. The project price was reasonable and Adkins will be bidding on the list of projects I have planned for 2020 ...new front door....gable improvement etc. Happy New Year to all! Not knowing who to work with (and much less how to source the work) we asked an electrician who was working here who he might recommend.That is how we found out about Adkins Building and Construction. They were able to fulfill all our needs without the headaches of trying to find individual trades by ourselves.Their trades provided excellent work, the communication between us andAdkins was prompt and courteous. There pricing was very fair and reasonable. In summary......we couldnt be happier! I very much recommend them.
