Everyone was very professional and the gentlemen who installed my floors came in and got right to work installing my floors and didnt stop until it was complete. I highly recommend Allied Restoration and Billy and crew.

Comment: As a former employee of over five years, I can unequivocally say that the management at Allied approaches the insurance restoration process with an abundance of compassion, empowering their staff to be proactive and tasking them with the responsibility of treating each client as if they were family. They do an excellent job of vetting subcontractors and set the bar high on quality expectation. And while not every project is seamless, the processes in place ensure quick resolution to issues and an assurance that the outcome reflects excellence! Highly recommend!

Comment: James Jackson was very helpful. He was our 3rd project manager for roof and fence damage after hurricane Ian. He stayed in touch with us and pushed to get out roof replaced. It was a 5 month process which was the only issue
