Building pricing is in-line with the industry at large as I had multiple quotes confirming this. Bob and the AmeriBuilt team worked closely with the construction company erecting and finishing my steel building, resolving all issues with dinged parts in delivery, a few small missing items, and modifications induced by me due to several changes in scope needed for my home business. The Professional and capable is my description of the AmeriBuilt team and Bob Mason. They have a truly great product that is well made with a well managed company that takes care of their customers. Comment: The owner and his sales team go out of their way to deal professionally and fairly with their owner/builders. Our live work structure was built to use as a commercial tasting room in the center section with two luxury guest suites on each side. We love the high ceilings and closed cell foam insulation we used to make the home quite and energy efficient.

Comment: We ordered a 3400sf roof structure for a car canopy. We got the best pricing from Paul and Stuart. Better still, they were helpful low pressure to deal with. We got the design quickly and within their estimated timeframe. Also, the steel came right on time, as promised. The steel components were exactly as ordered and fit together without trouble. We will seriously consider going to Paul and Stuart first for our next steel building.

Comment: My review is both on the company and my direct contact Ryan Greiner. I did my homework and I am a capable do-it-yourselfer with plenty of rehab properties under my tool belt. I decided with the price of wood I would try doing a barndominium addition to one of my Airbnb properties. Its been an amazing experience, but definitely challenging, and I learned quite a few things on the way. I wouldnt have been able to do it without the great support of this company and Ryan. Hes been there since day one. And he was quick to answer any questions I had or work to get me the answers quickly. The owner of the company is phenomenal as well, and you cant beat the price for the quality. Do your homework and be ready to get your fingers dirty, no matter who you think you have lined up to help. Great finished product and well worth the investment.

Comment: So I have seen different metal buildings but none compare to AmeriBuilt . The fact that they have already engineered live loads , dead loads and drywall loads in to the building is awesome. Comment: I had a terrific experience with AmeriBuilt Steel and could not be happier with my 48’x30’ garage. I worked with Michael Giorgio and he was awesome from the get go! Detail oriented, responsive, available, customer first oriented, and a real can do, problem solving attitude. My entire experience with AmeriBuilt, from the first phone call with Michael through design and delivery, was far easier than I ever expected it would be. As for my steel garage, it’s built like a tank! I have seen a number of steel garages in my high mountain area that appear flimsy and simply don’t hold a candle to the extremely robust and well designed AmeriBuilt building. My assembly contractor, who also built my home, commented numerous times at how robust the structural steel and design were and how much better my garage would stand up to the snow load and strong spring winds we get in Alpine compared to other steel buildings he has assembled. Comment: We just completed building a home utilizing a steel building structure provided by Ameribuilt Steel.I looked extensively for a steel building company whose engineering would have the flexibility to enable us to adapt a steel building structure to residential use, and not look like a commercial warehouse building.Most steel building manufacturers engineering did not accommodate large openings in every bay facilitating expansive glass windows.Also working with a very limited budget we could not afford steel buildings that required on site fabrication, i.e. welding red steel beams / brackets / columns, etc.In addition being that we wanted the structure to fundamentally look like a farmhouse we also wanted to incorporate a wrap around porch, not just a lean to that again is more indicative of a steel warehouse structure.Ameribuilt Steel Buildings worked with us patiently while we worked out the details of our unique requirements. Bob and Jim never rushed us or grew impatient with my endless questions, and revisions. Truly the commiserate professionals, and just basically good guys!We live within the city limits of Morgan Hill California. Our one acre lot is within an extreme fire hazard zone, so the steel infrastructure and cladding really enabled us to meet the stringent requirements of that environment as well as the Citys Planning departments design review process.Having never erected a steel building before my son and I with basic carpentry skills erected the whole building by ourselves utilizing a couple of platform lifts and a few air tools from Home Depot. The structure is 30x60 with an 8-ft deep wraparound porch for 143 linear fee. In addition we added a 14x36 ft carport both structures having a 6:12 roof pitch & eves, again to create a residential exterior elevation.Initially we thought we would have to wrap the interior columns in either sheetrock or cedar to mimic a post and beam style of construction. But to our surprise after the structure was sheetrocked we actually wanted to keep the beams visible, and so we blacken them to look like iron and made a cool retro industrial feel to the interior. Along with some old reclaimed oak barn beams for a fireplace mantle and simply staining our concrete floors we ended up with a beautiful inviting home that we hope to enjoy for decades to come.I cant say enough about how rewarding the whole process has been, and largely due to Jim and Bob, Ameribuilt Steel Buildings.

I had about 101 changes that we made to our building over 6 months and they were super patient and turned out designs very rapidly, so that I could present them to my team here at Surfside Electric Corp in East Moriches, NY. The building materials were much thicker than I thought it was going to be and delivery was excellent. Things happen and there was 1 missing part out of 2000 parts, but Michael got right on it and had that part at my shop quickly. Now the Building is up and it looks amazing. Great job guys!!!

Comment: I bought a building from Ameribuilt about a year ago. I just now was able to get the building up. Initially I was going to build the project on my own. Unfortunately, after ordering and having the building delivered I had medical issues precluding from doing such. when ordering the building i was working with Bob and he walked me through every step. he even gave me multiple different building designs that would work for what i wanted. I annoyingly changed the design 5 times including the size of a building we had once finalized earlier in the process. Jim H. was also very helpful. Jim gave me numerous other ideas that made my building even better at little to no extra cost in the changes he suggested. They both helped me find a builder that was actually great to work with. I cant recommend them enough. Thank you again guys.

The project took a month longer than expected as we had a very wet May which held up site work and getting the slab poured. The structure is well engineered. I opted for the foilbacked insulation and would strongly suggest you do also. Even though its only 3/16 of an inch thick, it does an amazing job of keeping the building comfortable in our hot summers. Thanks Jim and Keagan.

Comment: I contacted Jim at Ameribuilt, seeking a quote for our workshop/garage. His advice through numerous conversations and several major design changes helped my wife and I arrive at the final product, now standing behind our house. The whole process was handled professionally. The building materials arrived on schedule, and the contractor Jim recommended did a great job assembling the structure. The design we settled on included multiple doors and windows, overhangs and soffits all around, a peak vent system, and an attached lean-to. The assembly took a bit longer because of these features, but the final product is everything we expected it to be. We’re happy to recommend Ameribuilt as the source of a high quality steel structure.

Comment: This firm did everything they promised and on time. When some of the parts did not fit they replaced them immediately without and question. The builder they recommended did first class work. After the building went through the center of Hurricane Matthew we notice a slight leak under the external porch. They came back almost a year after they started the project and repaired the problem without any charge. They even delivered several roof panels without charge so that we could repair damage from a big fallen oak tree. We only had some dents in the roof panels, but no structural damage. Strong building!
