Comment: Amazing finish work and also the cleanest crew of any remodel I done in my house . They covered the floors on every area they were working on and also put up plastic walls around every window to keep the dust as low as possible . Extremely happy with the quality and also quick turn around time . They did the job in less than 2 months . Permits were done and inspections were passed in the first try . Also Amazing people in every deparment and specially from my sales man Domenico Luisi great Knowledge and professionalism from him . 100% would recommend.

Comment: I did my impact windows with this company in a moment where the manufacturer was having issues with products and a very extended ETA, I was a little frustrated at the beginning ,but they had constant communication with me, they started looking for a different manufacturer and gave me a very substantial discount for all the inconveniences, once the windows and doors were ready the installation was done the very next day, the experience with the installation was grate ,they were very respectful with the property and cleaned everything after they finished the job, the house looks beautiful with my new windows, and I was surprised with the noise reduction and the first electric bill I received after having my new windows, WOW, Im looking forward to do more business with this company, thanks ASG for the professional work and for truly and genuine care about your customers.

Comment: I have had other companies to come out and give me estimate on impact windows with no satisfaction in their sales pitch or the price. On my initial visit with Rosa from Americas Service group all went very well. She was very patient and understanding to my need to stay on budget. Rosa was on time to our 10am appointment and was very friendly. She took the time to ask questions and listen to what I expected and wanted. After she showing me the different products and their pros and con, she presented me with her estimate. Unfortunately the estimate was not at all in my budget, but she continue to look for other discounts. After making several phone calls and a few hours later we came to an agreement within my budget. Thanks to Rosa and her patience, I’m all set to start my project on budget.
