Comment: Excellent customer care and quality workmanship! I have been working with Neil Amit/Amit Construction on a total renovation of my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium. The entire condominium was gutted and renovated with new design layout/new electrical/new plumbing etc. Neil Amit has been great to work with. Very patient, reliable, trustworthy and most importantly has become a personal friend. I am looking forward to working with Neil on all of my future projects!

Comment: I am an unfortunate homeowner who had the misfortune of having the aging cast iron pipes collapse in the middle of the pandemic. I started working with a plumbing company who was charging an arm and a leg for identifying the problem. By the time the dig was done, over 60% of my house was destroyed and the cost of plumbing repairs alone was astronomical. Before starting the plumbing repair work, I contacted Amit Construction which was referred to me by my brother’s friend to understand the cost of putting my house back together. Even before having a mutually signed agreement with Amit Construction, they were already helping me by putting me in contact with an engineer for the permit application, and they even volunteered to argue the cost of plumbing repairs with the plumbing company I had already contracted. They were able to help me get out of the contract I had already committed to and presented me with a plumbing quote which was a small fraction of what I would have to pony up with the other company. After the contract signed, the white glove service continued. I was promptly introduced to the staff that would be working on my property and the sequency of the repair was very smooth. All my questions were always answered promptly since Neil, the owner, always answered immediately. And I had a lot of questions. Neil and his team were able to get my family back in the house in the agreed upon timeframe. I had heard horror stories about contractors but my experience with Amit construction all positive and I am in process of hiring them again for additional house renovations.Thank you, Amit Construction!

Comment: Amit Constructions is the only place I can trust in Miami.Niel and his team are very professional, responsive, and responsible. As a property manager in Miami, I had difficulty finding an accountable contractor to take care of the property and remodel the place while keeping the business running. Amit Construction is excellent in time management, which is fundamental in remodeling an apartment in Miami Brickell.Thank you, Niel, for your help, and I highly recommend contacting Amit Constructions if you have either small or big projects.I will share my next experience that will finish soon.

Comment: It was a pleasure to hire Amit. He cut my driveway and removed all the cement debris. Now my driveway looks so much better. I have been receiving non stop compliments. Due to Amit’s help I was able to plant a beautiful hedge where he cut the cement.

Comment: Niel and his team are wonderful! They work quickly, quietly (important for those of us working from home) and delivered a stress-free experience. If you live in Miami, you understand how hard it is finding a JC company and team that are honest and can do this. They stuck to their timelines and worked with my building’s association on schedules and permits (not an easy task!). Niel was great at communicating with me, being flexible and always arriving on time. I’m super happy with the results. Will be recommending Amit Construction to my friends and fam. He has been accommodating in helping me with repairs. Recently, he changed his schedule to accommodate me when my air conditioner recently broke and was leaking. Comment: Neil and his team are just amazing. They did a complete renovation of my newly purchased apartment from 1972: Removal of pop corn ceilings, opening up of the kitchen, brand new kitchen and appliances, the electric panel had to be upgraded to be code compliant, new AC and water heater. Everything was done with care and quality, work was completed when promised and the team left the work site always clean. I can highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for the bathroom renovation in the future.

Comment: We really wanted a more open layout in our home and thought the hassle would just take forever and be extremely costly. However, after hearing about Amit Construction from a friend, I decided to give them a call anyways. They listened to exactly what we wanted and stayed entirely within our budget. Everything was a smooth and easy process and I’m so grateful! Now we have plenty of space (or at least it feels that way) thanks to this great company!

It was a great price and included everything I wanted done. They got everything done perfectly. Comment: My parents really wanted to redo their home, specifically the floors and kitchen! I thought as an anniversary present, that I would surprise them when they went away for vacation. Not only was Neil’s crew professional but they were able to replace the floors and kitchen cabinets in just a few weeks. Everything turned out amazing! My parents were so happy. Comment: Hands down one of the best companies to work with. I’m not sure if it is just me but every time I have any construction work to do around the house, I’m already in a panic. In the past, I’ve been overcharged and upset with the final result. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a smooth process and didn’t feel panic. Me and my wife just purchased a new home we were looking to get a complete house re-done bathrooms kitchen new flooring new roof new fence. Just about the entire house. The quality of work and professionalism dealing with Amit construction having Neil as a project manager walking us through everything hand by hand the process was smooth this company completed the work a week before planned. The results are amazing every detail promised was really done. Comment: What I loved about this company is their quick response, efficiency, and dedication to their customers. The owner worked with me directly to remodel my family’s home. He was involved throughout the entire process and made sure we were always satisfied with the work. The price was extremely competitive and reasonable in every way.
