Comment: Last week, I contacted Arroyo Pool Builders since my Jandi Pool LED Lights started to blink on and off. The company owner Mr. Arroyo come to my house for the estimate, and to figure it out what was triggered the problem. After the visual inspection, he found out that we must to replace all the lights, and he immediately scheduled Technicians to come next day for replacing all of them.The Arroyos Technicians arrived next day early morning, and changed all the pools lights. I was really impressive for their commitment an high professionalism, they were very friendly and explained all my questions and concerns. Technicians performed all the process following all the safety requirements to accomplish the work with high standards of quality.Once they finished Mr. Arroyo come back to the house to perform the final visual inspection, and to confirm the work was successfully accomplished. He also trained myself on how to use the new installed system.I highly recommend the Arroyo Pool Builder Company for your future pool work since this company exceeded my expectations above and beyond.

Comment: We were very pleased to work with Arroyo Pool. In general they were very responsive and provided great quality results. We had a few bumps here and there mostly because of the city permits and inspections but once we passed the obstacles we were able to finalize and enjoy our pool. My only recommendation is to discuss beforehand broadly all possible scenarios with inspections and permits so the client is aware that there will be additional unexpected costs. We are ready to rock the summer in our beautiful pool! Thank you Oscar and Juan for making it possible!

Comment: JUST WOW! We had to refurbish our pool, Mr Arroyo was so respectful and well manner but most importantly my pool looks GREAT! They did an excellent job. Workers were also very respectful. I would recommend them very highly. New Tile, Install New Skimmers, Filled in pockets, New Diamond Brite etc... They are highly relable.

Comment: Working with Oscar and his wife was great. Communicating with them was easy. I met about four other contractors prior to choosing Arroyo pools. Oscar had great ideas for my pool and appeared to be very sincere. If it wasnt for the rainy season the pool wouldve been completed on time. Comment: When we first started the process of looking for a pool, we had bits and pieces of ideas of what we wanted to incorporate into the pool but weren’t sure how to put it together. We got estimates from several pool builders but when it came to someone who was willing to spend the time to design a pool that fit all our needs and address all of our concerns, Arroyo Pools was by far the best pool company we met with. Oscar worked with us, adding and subtracting what we wanted so that it would fit into our budget. I was expecting a long wait because of the horror stories I heard from my friends but the pool was up and running within the deadline I was given and we couldn’t be more pleased. It was exactly what we had envisioned in our mind, this review is our thanks to Oscar for making our experience so pleasant. It’s not common to find a company that does what it says it will do in South Florida, so we are grateful.
