After struggling to find someone to help us resolve the permit issue, we found a company, paid them a couple thousand dollars, and their work was not accepted by the city of Boca. A realtor then referred us to Aruba, and we could tell they were experienced and professional. It was an entirely different experience. They helped us each step of the way through a complicated process, from the required atchitecture drawings, engineer letters to pass inspections on hidden work, and communication with the city. They were very responsive, thorough, and always there. I would recommend them to anyone; you can rely on Aruba to get your job done right.

Aruba helped us to get our real estate transaction closed. We are so happy with their service, we would give them more than 5 stars if possible. The company and in particular our project manager Ms. Alita Reiss was awesome . Alita worked on our case literally day and night. She was always very professional, responsive, and determined to get the job done. She kept us updated, was very transparent on costs and estimates given by subcontractors, and was in constant communications with the Margate building department regarding our inspections. Alita even worked on our case while she was at home sick for a few days. This type of superb customer service is not common in the construction industry. Aruba Permit Services is well represented by Alita and her exceptional customer service. My praise, thanks and gratitude to Alita and the team at Aruba for getting the job done on time. If you are looking for a company to help you get your open permits closed, Aruba Permit Services should be your first choice. My husband and I were looking for a home and we had some trouble with some permit issues a house we were hoping to purchase had. Because of Covid, it was tough trying to get information on the home, my title attorney recommended Aruba. Within about 15 minutes I had calls and emails from Emily and Eric Martinez. They helped us FOR FREE getting us permitting information that saved us from buying a house with several violations. Then when we found two other homes - they did it again, for free. Comment: I was 3 days away from closing and an unexpected problem with an expired permit threatened the deal. My realtor suggested calling Eric and Aruba Permit Service. He checked the info I gave him and let me know the same day (and provided proof) that the permit was for a different property. The title company had made a mistake. They not only cleared up my issue for me, but they didnt charge me at all. That tells you a lot about who you are dealing with. Theres a reason he earned my realtors trust, and he earned mine too. Highly recommended.
