Comment: ATI Services of Tampa was absolutely amazing to work with!! Jack is very responsive and shoots things to you straight. I had many questions, since this was our first remodel ever and he always had an answer ready.While Jack is awesome, the real gems are his guys! They were always early to the job site, friendly and communicating what was happening with the project. I had even more questions for them and they always were polite and would explain anything I needed additional elaboration on. Even when I would make selections that werent the best fit, they would make recommendations as to why I might want to consider a different route. I cant recommend them enough! The project completed at the shorter time frame they gave and now we are just looking to start our next project with them.There might be a little of a wait to start working with ATI but seriously I would not go anywhere else. Sometimes the wait is worth your while!

Comment: We just hired ATI Services for the second time. This time they converted a closet bench seat in our bedroom into a beautiful vanity. Their work is so good that the vanity looks like it has always been there. Everything was matched up perfectly. They are prompt, professional, and very skilled. I highly recommend ATI Services for your remodeling needs!

Comment: The owner of ATi Services Jack came out to give me a quote for my son JP bathroom which he has TBI. Jack took pictures and explain their was no pan that is why water it was leaking into the closet. Jack put his best two constructors on the job which were Kevin & David. When Kevin & David came by to access the walk in shower before starting the job they told me that it will about two weeks. Kevin & David were always on time to the job and communicated with me at all times durning the process of the bathroom remodel. They are professional, caring and stand highly behind their work. For me this is very much so a 5 star company. I highly recommend them and I assure you will not be disappointed. They did an outstanding job. Below are before & after pictures of JP bathroom. Nellie

Comment: After interviewing three different contractors, we chose ATi Services of Tampa to handle the renovation of our villa in Dunedin, which included a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, fresh paint, etc... We could not be happier with the work Jack Z, his project manager Ryan, and the rest of the crew did on our renovation.The entire project went relatively smooth, with only minor hiccups, which can happen in any renovation. Throughout the project, the entire crew were very professional, polite, and communicated with us frequently to keep us updated on the progress. Not only was our project finished ahead of schedule, we also came in under budget. Your actual results may vary, depending upon finishes chosen, and any extra change orders during the job. My wife and I highly recommend ATi Services of Tampa. And, as a Realtor, ATi Services will be on the top of the list of suggested contractors for my customers.Here are a few pictures from the remodel: two after pictures, and one before picture (showing the 1980s kitchen design. We could not be happier with the way our new home looks.

Comment: ATi/Jack and his team exceeded all expectations during our master bath remodel. From the initial meeting to our final inspection we received the white glove service from ATi. All of his team members showed up on time, were professional and did an excellent job but you could also see their loyalty to ATi and how much they enjoyed their jobs. We ran into some unexpected issues and Jack/Ryan were there every step of the way providing guidance and a game plan on how to move forward. Communication during the process was effortless with Jack and Ryan, we never felt out of the loop and they were always available to answer questions, day or night. We would highly recommend ATi, knowing the job is getting done correctly, on time and within budget is priceless!

Comment: ATI to the rescue! I started my project over a year ago with another contractor and 6 months into my promised 2 month bathroom remodel I had to part ways with him leaving my project 80% done, and HORRIBLY done at that. ATI took everything back down to the studs, corrected all the garbage framing/electrical/plumbing and left me with a gorgeous finished product that is built to last! I highly recommend them, professional, skilled, and fast!

Comment: I decided it was time to remodel the kitchen/family room. I found two very well rated contractors on Angies List and had them both come out. Both were impressive, but the decision maker was the fact that JackZ addressed an issue having to deal with a wall I wanted pulled down (it contained the kitchen sink venting). The other contractor didnt mention this, the import of which is that this involved additional costs. This is a second home so I was 800 miles away while the project was underway. Jack and his crew lead Ryan, were always in touch if there were issues or questions and I was kept up to date periodically with photos of the work in progress. In addition to the kitchen updates, 1100 sf of new tile was installed throughout the house and the popcorn ceiling was removed from most of the house. The end result is amazing. I was down this past week with family members visiting and everyone agreed that the pictures dont do it justice. More amazing in person. I have total confidence in Jack and his team and his partners. I am signing up with Jack this week for another major project to remodel two of the bathrooms and reconfigure the master BR.

Comment: We just completed our major kitchen, dining room and living room renovation with ATI Services. I can not say enough good things about Jack Z and his team. Our project consisted of removing three interior walls to go with a full open concept feel (after we had a structural engineer confirm no walls were load bearing). We added all new white shaker cabinets, blue pearl granite, tile floor, tile backsplash and an eight-foot island as the center piece of the kitchen. We selected Jack to be the general contractor and handle everything, all we had to do was pick our design, finishes and provide feedback. Jack has a great network of vendors and suppliers that he deals with to help you picking out your floors, backsplash, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets. Jacks team completed all the demo work, handled all the plumbing, electrical, removal of old tile floor, install new tile floor, retexture ceiling, installing all new recessed lights, installing all appliances, upgrading electrical panel, trenching for power to the new island and installation of all plumbing & light finishes. Jack is a class act to deal with and you will always know where you stand with the project as well as what is coming up next. The crew at ATI was top notch. They were always on-time every morning 8am, greeted with a smile, worked hard all day and cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. For the amount of demo work and construction work that we had going on, we only chose not to live in the house for two nights while the new floor was being installed. For the remaining six weeks, we were able to continue living in our house with running water, AC, power and amenities we would need to be comfortable. When it came to the budget, Jack was spot on. He asked what our budget was up front, asked what we wanted to accomplish and we went from there. We paid incremental milestone payments that were agreed prior to the start of work and there were no hidden costs along the way. Jack is a very transparent guy. He will be very straight with you from the first time meet him at consultation until the after the final day of the project (we still talk to Jack). I will be clear that ATI Services was not the cheapest quote we received, but they were not the highest quote either. I am a firm believer in, you get what you pay for. Jacks team does quality work and you will not be disappointed with your finished product. I would highly recommend ATI Services to anyone looking for a kitchen or bath remodel. We will be calling Jack and his team back in the future to update both our bathrooms.

Comment: We hired Jack Z to do a kitchen renovation, we had a small galley kitchen and wanted to take down a couple walls to open up the space. The project turned into main area renovation replacing all the flooring and scraping the popcorn ceilings. The price was a little higher than we were expecting but in the end we had minimal change orders and the project was finished in the 6 week timeline given. We absolutely love the results and would hire Jack and his team again. All of the employees were very professional, they arrived by 8am every morning, cleaned up at the end of each day and their communication was greatly appreciated. We were informed of the plan each week and if there were any deviations or delays. We definitely recommend ATi to anyone looking to do a kitchen renovation.

Comment: Living out of state, I purchased a condo in Dunedin that needed a total renovation. I called several contractors and spoke with them over the phone regarding the scope of the work, which included gutting bathrooms and kitchen, new flooring throughout, wainscoting and moldings and paint. Jack form ATI was one of two that I developed a comfort level with, and ultimately I chose ATI. I could not give a higher endorsement of Jack, ATI and their crew! Jack worked with me entirely over the phone and through email, having never actually met him in person. The job they did was phenomenal! Not only was the quality of work and craftsmanship exceptional, but every detail was paid attention to. Jack was willing to make suggestions based on his experience, which I appreciated and found helpful. His crew accepted appliance deliveries for me and were flexible when needed. I felt like everyone who worked on the job took a special interest and pride in making sure it was done well. The project was well-organized and completed on time, and I received updates and excellent communication throughout. Again, I could not give a higher endorsement, and if I had it to do all over again, I would do it exactly the same way and would not consider using anyone else. Every aspect of working with ATI was professional and a pleasure, and at a fair price.

Comment: We hired ATI services about 2 years ago to do a MAJOR remodel of our house. They redid all the floors in the home, painted, and took at walls redid the kitchen. From start to Finish it was about 6 weeks time. Any time I had any type of issue, I would talk directly to the owner Jack Z and it was resolved immediately. I would highly recommend ATI services you will not find a better contractor in the bay area. I plan to use ATI services in the future. I have attached pictures of before and after of our kitchen
