Comment: Let me tell you...... this team, VA builders, is just great to work with. They understand what us customers are going through and do everything they can to make this less stressful, explain the who, what, why,s so we feel a part of this build. If it wasnt for their interaction we would have backed out. Though the home is just now being constructed I have confidence in its success. Check back for an update when the house is complete

Comment: I have lived in Fort Worth, TX for 8 years now, but I am originally from Lake Placid, FL. I joined the Marines in 1999 to serve my country. That is how I ended up here in Texas. As a young kid, I always said to myself that one day I will leave Lake Placid, but I would always come back and help my community. Four years ago, a nonprofit organization (Determined to Succeed) helped me put together an essay contest for our community (Highway Park). Several young ladies volunteered, but only three young ladies won! The young ladies won a trip to Dallas, Texas to hand out with me for a few days. Determined to Succeed had several car washes to help fund the trip. I myself, also helped donated funds for the young ladies trip. A few weeks before the trip, the founder and I still was in need of funds to make this trip possible for the girls. Bevis Construction donated a generous amount to the organization! I never built a house with the company and I never meet the owners, but knowing that they care about the kids in our community makes my heart smile! It is a blessing to know that it is awesome companies like this still exists! I know this was a few years ago, but every time I think of this companies kind heart, it makes me realize that their are still good people in this world! If I ever build in the Lake Placid area, Bevis Construction would be the first company I would call! Thanks again Bevis Construction for all that you do! May God bless your company!
