Comment: We moved into an Independent Living Community after being homeowners for 50 years. CDS contractors were hired to remake the apartment unit to our specific needs. Juan was very easy to deal with and understood our needs as older residents. He made some very valuable suggestions that have eased our lives considerable such as easy to enter showers, the placement of grab bars etc. His crew always showed up on time and were very professional in their work and their demeanor. If the need arises we will hire CDS again as long as we could have Juan as the project manager.

Comment: CDS redid my apartment and it looks great! They really made a special effort to make it just what I wanted. Asked me through out the process about things that needed to be done and the choices I could pick from. I am so happy with my beautiful apartment and with there concerns that I be completely happy - even after I had moved in, they stopped by to see if I needed them to check anything or if I had run in to any problems. Needless to say I’m very pleased with their work and the workers who were on my project!

Comment: I called several contractors some show up dont give an estimate some dont show up at all. CDS came through and Im very happy.We had a rocky start with scheduling, project managers and crews but a personal visit from the owner himself meant to me he cares about his clients which shows class.Even months after the work was done there arose some issues and once again a visit from the owner with his personal guarantee and he held up his end of the bargain and came through once again.I would definitely recommend and most definitely use again for sure.Thank you CDS I have a whole house the way I wanted thanks to your company.Christina C Deltona,Fl

Comment: I called several roofing companies to give me an estimate to re-roof my house. There was nothing wrong with my roof other than age . I wanted to get the jump on my insurance company perhaps not renewing my policy, since that seemed to be a concern according to the news.Most companies would only do the job if they could go through my insurance company. A red flag as far as I was concerned. I wanted to pay for it myself, as it was my responsibility. I found CDS Contractors, inc. ,by chance. The owner, Steve met with me immediately and we hit it off. He appeared very knowledgeable, accommodating, and interested in my needs. He was compassionate and took notice of my concerns and assured me he could do the job to my satisfaction. We proceeded immediately with the written estimate and permits and the material was delivered in record time. The job was started and completed without a hitch. I was so impressed by this man and his company, I have already started a second estimate for another job.I would definitely recommend this company.

Comment: I dont know where to begin with the accolades for this company.My family and I moved from NY to Florida last November. We purchased a rather large house. It was in good shape but it just wasnt what we liked. Therefore we decided to renovate all the bathrooms, change all the floors,paint all the rooms,re=do the kitchen and add all new appliances. From day one we were met with professionalism. The contractors estimator Corey took his time and walked us through everything from cost and effect to time constraints and what would be best for the space we had. We had a budget and he did his best to keep us within it.Once the work began, everything went as scheduled. I expected a two month project but Steve the owner got it all done in six weeks. A full crew of workers and craftsmen were there everyday. Steves company is not just construction but its also a granite quarry, cabinetry,tile all in one. In a long story short Steves company turned our 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom 3600 sq ft house into a dream home we never thought we would own. I have dealt with contractors all my life nd these guys are the best I have dealt with. Kudos all around. If you are going to do a small remodeling job or a complete gut renovation this is the company for you. Steve is not only my new contractor he is also a good friend to share a glass of wine with.

Comment: I have been looking to remodel my kitchen, bathroom and flooring for some time. After receiving a recommendation and seeing their work, I decided to contact Daniel at CDS Contractors, Inc. and I’m glad I did!My friend and I stopped by his office to check out the different type of cabinet doors they offered. I already knew I wanted the Shaker style in white. Daniel mentioned he had the Therma-Foil Cabinet doors in the white finish but in a different style. We also found out that they have employees that are skilled in installing countertops, flooring and roofing. So, after a few days I contacted Daniel. He came to my house listened to what I wanted, took the measurements and drew up the design. After making several changes I was ready to look for the type of countertop that would go with my flooring. I must mention, Daniel was very easy to work with and went out of his way to help me find the perfect countertop. I already had purchased my flooring, just needed someone to install it.Once the cabinets were built the installation began.The Project Manager “Daniel” was available throughout the entire project, by telephone, email, text and came on site on several occasions. The project took longer then planned, but when it was all done it turned out absolutely beautiful!I found this family owned business (CDS Contractors, Inc.) to be fair, reasonable, always taking care of the little things that make a difference, going the extra mile and ensuring the details are well polished. Their employees from the deliverers, demolishers, cabinet makers, installers, plumber, Quartz fabricator, flooring installer, detailers and painters were all OUTSTANDING! However, by looking at the excellent reviews from BBB and google, I was able to find CDS Contractors Inc. This company is epitome of an excellent family business. For instance, Daniel Murphy remained very professional, accommodating, helpful, and friendly since day 1. He was always available when you needed him. They had 90 % of our house finished without even receiving any down payment, since we were still waiting for the insurance coverage. He exemplified everything we expected from a contractor. This company not only repaired our house, but went above and beyond to help us move back to our house comfortably and satisfied.Moreover, they helped us deal with public adjusters. Everyone from the owner, Steve Murphy, to the finance department, down to the construction workers, they were all very professional and helpful. Comment: I recently found myself in search of a local contractor to help me perform major repairs to my home as a result of a water leak. After interviewing several well- known Central Florida contractors and not finding anyone willing to work under the restrictions of my homeowner’s insurance claim, I stumbled upon CDS Contractors. (I would later come to believe this was a result of divine intervention.)From the moment that they showed up at my front door, they immediately put me at ease and made me feel they not only had the knowledge and expertise to bring my home back to its original condition, but could also help me maneuver around the unrealistic estimate I received from my insurance company. The team at CDS efficiently completed every aspect of my project, well exceeding my expectations. This included drywall repair, framing, mold mitigation, the removal and replacement of ceilings, and the removal and installation of my hardwood floors. But in addition, their experience in dealing with insurance companies resulted in them single handedly negotiating a fair settlement from my major insurance carrier so I could complete the repairs necessary – far from the initial check I received.In today’s world, it is rare to find companies that are still service driven and care so deeply about their customers and their complete satisfaction. Comment: We purchased our first home and wanted to update the kitchen and 3 bathrooms with new granite, cabinet and shower doors. We met with 6 other contracting companies before deciding on CDS. We had an awesome experience with them. Daniel wrote up the contract and is really pleasant to work with. He made sure to be really detailed with the contract, which I really appreciated. He was reasonable and really tried hard to work within our budget. Juan was the project manager and he is awesome. Unfortunately due to the water leak, mold remediation had to be done, then drywall, backsplash, a bathroom cabinet had to be replaced. I decided to use CDS contractors services because of a recommendation from a friend.CDS contractors were great. They were with me thru the entire process. They were almost always available when I had any question and even at times they were not, they returned my phone calls within a reasonable amount a time, usually within the same day.They ensured that all work done to my home was done exactly the way I wanted it. The work done to my home was excellent. The workers were skilled and gave the attention to detail to ensure that everything was done correctly.
