This was not my first renovation and my home does not fall into the historical category; however, it is very old and I knew the bathroom reno would present its own challenges. What is truly notable is the way everyone involved stayed connected from plumber, to demo, to electrician, to framers, to tile work, and so many more. Their communication was exceptional and everyone was always pleasant, happy and took pride in their craft. Their teamwork says so much about the type of company values instilled here. Everyones expertise is now a permanent piece of my shining new bathroom. I am genuinely pleased I chose the services of CenterBeam!

Comment: The CenterBeam team completely remodeled our kitchen and one bathroom, and also created an upstairs laundry nook, in our almost 100-year-old home. Throughout the project, the CenterBeam team members communicated expectations well, were quick to respond to questions (whether via text, a phone call, or onsite), and kept our home as tidy as possible during a very messy renovation. A special shout out to Mattie who was our primary CenterBeam contact, amazing project manager, design consultant, and on some more challenging days during our renovation adventure, mental health counselor! Mattie takes charge, is organized, and has a great eye - everything from working with the structural engineer on the best location (both structurally and visually) for a support beam to helping us select paint colors. She is top-notch. Thank you Mattie, Christina, Jeff, and the rest of the CenterBeam team!

Comment: My home was built in 1936 and still has its 27 original wood double-hung windows. However, only one window in each room was functional. I asked CenterBeam Construction to repair or rebuild all of the windows (including the frames, sills, ropes, and weights), to paint them inside and out, and install new hardware. Their team of artisans also repaired and painted the original exterior wood siding and front porch column. Everything that they did was of the highest quality, and now I have a home that looks and windows that work just as they did 85 years ago. By using its restoration expertise, CenterBeam Construction enabled me to maintain the historic character of my home. I am very grateful and would, without hesitation, recommend them.

Comment: We came to Centerbeam to demo an old garage and build a new studio guest house off of our bungalow in Avondale. We also came to them with a tight budget... They were able to stay within the budget, build a beautiful studio in a short amount of time and give us the best customer service.Christina was understanding of our needs and found ways for us to get the build we wanted while also staying within the budget. Christina also made sure we were in good hands with our project manager, Mattie. Mattie was not only attentive to our needs but was responsive and respectful. She was very knowledgeable and kind and offered us advice on how we could save as much as possible.She made sure we didnt have to worry about anything throughout the entire process. I was stressed with work, raising a toddler and running a side business and she just made everything happen without me having to worry. I couldnt be more grateful that we found a contractor who quickly built a beautiful structure on our budget while also taking the time to care about us as a family. I cant wait to remodel our kitchen so we can work with them again!

The idea was to add a master bedroom, bath and walk-in closet with a large laundry/utility room. It couldnt have turned out more perfect! They demonstrated the highest level of customer service, that we have experienced, in all the years weve been remodeling our homes. Christina keeps everyone on schedule to complete the job in a timely manner. Jeff comes by daily to ensure that the plan is in sync with our expectations. The crew is comprised of talented craftsmen who take pride in the work they do. That was important to us. Comment: Christina and the entire CenterBeam crew are dedicated professionals who are prompt, reliable, and take obvious pride in their work. Having seen several of the companys award-winning restorations in the Riverside Avondale Historic District, we already knew CenterBeam did great work, and were pleased to hire them to redo our garage and home gym. What we didnt anticipate (and were happily surprised by) was how responsive the team is: Christina always called to confirm appointments, and the various crew members (Jeff, Brad and Steve) were always on time, or let us know if--and why--they were running behind. Work was performed promptly, and the worksite was kept clean. Anything that was missed was quickly corrected. CenterBeam is a pleasure to work with, and I can recommend the company without hesitation.
