Comment: Recently had a 30x50 steel building built by Central Florida Steel building in Marion county, the entire process was smooth! All the installers were professional and polite. Mike West and his crew of concrete workers were the most polite contractors I’ve ever dealt with….just like dealing with a bunch of old fashion southern gentlemen! If you need a turn key, high quality steel building, I wouldn’t hesitate to go with Central Florida Steel Buildings.

Comment: My experience with this company is rated as a 4 stars. I ordered a 10 x14 that arrived with some substantial damages. Roof, siding had damages prior to being delivered. I asked our sales rep what can we do to remediate the issue. He suggested we order another shed that was would fit through our 10 foot gate. So we agreed on a 8 X 16 shed. Our original specifications required a bench so I could use as a work space and the rest as storage. The replacement shed did not arrive with a work bench. Our order date was May 22, 2023 with the complete install and delivery on August 8, 2023.(Sales Rep) Sam Wheeler is a perfect gentleman, he knows his product and recommends best solution to your needs.The color scheme was spot on, the placement / install was superb. Delivered and installed in about 20 minutes. The installers were professional and had the process down to a science. The shed should not move in a normal wind storm. The building material used to fabricate the shed is top notch as well. Door came with lock and keys, windows work fine.Overall, I would do business again and recommend these folks to others. I would although recommend that if you are purchasing a shed gather as much information as possible, and have it backed up in writing so there is no misunderstanding down the road. The facility has a professional appearance, staff is well dressed and have a LOT of knowledge... so dont be afraid to ask questions.

When Ocala Steel enterprises on maricamp (different business) stole my deposit I went to this business and they completely took care of me and helped me out. Super good people to work with. They aren’t just there to make a sale, they help you determine what building will best suit your needs and match you up with the right size and setup. Comment: The process was excellent from the initial meeting to the final building Inspection. Mike B was a pleasure to work with. I got a few bids for my project, but the communication was spotty at best. Some didnt even bother to reply at all. At CF Steel they were responsive and any changes, delays, or updates to the project were communicated immediately.The building went up on schedule, and was exactly what I expected from start to finish. My building site needed some extra work due to slope and drainage issues and the changes were handled quickly and at a reasonable cost. Its not often you get what you wanted on time and on budget. Highly Recommend central Florida Steel.

Comment: Central Florida steel buildings is amazing. They did a completely custom enclosed 36 by 60 by 16 ft Eve height building for my workshop and 40 ft long camper. They also added a custom 20 foot lean to along the entire length of the building and I am able to park 4 cars, a tractor, A 4-wheeler, a small trailer and a golf cart under it. The lean-to is open and very spacious. I really needed the extra space my building is giving me and the only regret is that I wish I would have done it sooner. I am planning more buildings from them.
