Comment: Very professional approach from first contact. The initial roof inspection took over an hour with the representative getting on the roof and going over it in great detail in a full examination that included going up in the attic. Careful measurements and explanation of recommended roof options and gutter type was discussed and incorporated into the written estimate. Once the job was accepted the materials arrived on-time and the roofing team was promptly on the job. Workers went almost non-stop during 12 hour work days, and worked quickly and yet very cautiously to protect windows and other mechanicals such as A/C compressor, pool pump and landscaping. Took extensive photos and monitoring of progress and made certain each night over the two and half day job to make certain unfinished roof was protected from potential rainstorm damage. CRS made certain that the gutter installer was onsite to begin gutter installation even prior to full roof installation, working on portions that were around completed roof to keep on schedule. Excellent communication and responses when I called the office for questions or information, and once complete the job was inspected by a Certified representative to ensure all aspects of the job were done correctly and to code prior to the County inspection. Highly professional and courteous business businesspeople. Did exactly what they said they would do within the time agreed at a competitive price. I would highly recommend Certified Roofing.

Comment: Our nightmare on the Crawford roofs are finally over, thanks to the folks at Certified Roofing Solutions (CRS)!!! We have both a hip roof on the main house and a flat roof on the front porch and carport. We receive three quotes from three LOCAL roofing companies. All three had great reviews and all three quotes were within $500 of each other. CRS stood out because they offered help in finding financing for the project. So many people to thank for making this experience a good one! First, our sales representative Justin. Then ALL the folks in the front office. Sybella, Judy, Michele, Emily and others. Our main hands on employees, Kelli, Bryan and Brian were GREAT to work with. Besides their quality workmanship, one thing that really stood out with CRS was the attitude and friendliness of ALL their employees. A real person answered the phone ANY time we called and if they couldn’t answer our question, someone would get back to us the same day with an answer. The roof looks beautiful and it should be the last one we ever have to put on, unless we have another Hurricane Michael :( and even then, we would know who to call. Certified roofing were with me all the way. They explained everything and helped me with the insurance process when needed. The installation process was smooth and fast, the crew were professional. Both of my experiences were spectacular!Because I don’t know a great deal about construction, I’m always a little nervous that I might be taken advantage of, however my experience with Certified Roofing Solutions (on both occasions) was exactly the opposite of this fear.Justin was on time, prepared and resolved my issue completely. We had struggled getting a proper roof on our back room. Since it had started leaking about 2.5 years ago. And once I called Certified Roofing Solutions, I felt at complete peace, that the job would be done completely, correctly and quickly. Which it was. They came out and gave us an estimate, shortly after we called, before the holidays. And there was some rainy weather, too. But, as soon as it was beautiful, they were out here giving us a new roof! Comment: CRS worked with my insurance company to get me a good payout, much more than the insurance co originally offered. Their communication was good and the work appears to be well done. Wind mitigation report gave the roof high ratings so Ill get a discount on future insurance, and they use high quality materials. The only downside was that it took a long time for the job to get started (almost a month; but only 2 days from start to finish once the work was begun), but that was due to post-hurricane busyness plus I think the pandemic causing production delays on materials. Overall, highly recommended.

Another thing that impressed me was they actually got up on my roof to assess the damage unlike other companies that stood in my front yard and told me I needed a new roof. The first time the roofer came to our home, he and I agreed the shingles didnt quite match. The manager and I spoke by phone and she apologized right away and said they would do their best to find an identical match for our small roof repair. Some days went by and the roofer called to set up an appointment to come fix our roof. He came back and it was a near identical match. He quickly fixed our roof and cleaned up behind himself. Was super nice and even wanted to make sure we were happy with the repair before he left. I highly recommend this company and hopefully we wont need a roof repair or new roof for a while again but if we do, we will contact Certified Roofing Solutions right away!

Salesman came out to the house and provided the quote and contacted the local roofing supply company to put aside shingles that matched our shingles that were already on the house.Front office staff were professional in all of the phone conversations and if there were any issues, I was able to get it resolved by contacting the front office or contacting the salesman.When the local roofing company delivered the material, I was able to quickly coordinate with the salesman and the front office at Certified Roofing to increase the amount of Ice and Water Shield barrier which was delivered before the work commenced.The crew that did the work were very professional, and cleaned up the debris around the garage and in the neighbors yards.The job was done to our complete satisfaction and I would use Certified Roofing Solutions again in the future.

We had a major roof leak and a few minor ones which they assessed and gave us a quote for repairs but since our roof was old and damaged in some places we weren’t initially aware of, we also requested a quote for a complete replacement and ultimately decided to go with that. The whole team was a pleasure to work with! The ladies at the office regularly called or emailed to make sure I was up to date on the project timeline and answered any questions or concerns I had. They thoroughly inspected the roof, gave us quotes to fix or replace it and once we decided to replace, they went over everything from materials that would be used, to payment and financing options that would best suit us. The crew that executed the replacement of our 2700 sqft roof worked continuously for 12 hours a day for 2 days straight until it was completed. They covered the ground with tarps around where they worked and cleaned up thoroughly when they left each day. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. They made a somewhat stressful situation a lot more bearable. So thank you!

Comment: Certified Roofing Solutions (CRS) have great staff and roofers. I had a leak in my roof near my Heating and Cooling vent after Hurricane Sally visited Pensacola. A team of 4 CRS roofers came and over a two hour period, fixed it using my shingles. The plywood under the shingles by the vent had rotted and needed replacement. The Roofers did a great job and told me to call if I had any problems. I noticed a problem with the vent a few days later and called CRS staff, who sent the roofers back the very next morning to examine and fix what needed adjusting. I highly recommend CRS, and will definitely use them if I have a roofing problem in the future.

Comment: Excellent and thorough work done in a timely fashion and with safety in mind for their employees as well. We just had the metal roof on our new home in Pensacola (right on the water, hence the metal roof, in Bayou Chico) reinforced with new, longer, and up-to-current-code screws. The original roof was about 23 years old and overdue for new screws. The challenge with our house was its height — its a three story home with a very steep, high roof over the main house. CRS did the garage and lower parts without a lift, but determined the main roof was too steep for their technician to attempt without a boom lift. We went forward with the lift added for not too much more in cost with that rental, and the job was completed safely and efficiently. Our roof guy, Brian, was like a mountain goat up there, but reinforced with the safety of the lift and harness so everyone was good with that. We were slightly delayed due to summer thunderstorms/showers but that is out of everyones hands. Brian was up and down as showers came and went, and it took just one additional day to complete with the vagaries of weather.From getting out to inspect and give us an estimate, to the office staff and the technician, the work was Five Star quality. Our thanks to Adam, in sales, Kim in the office, (and other office assistance), and Brian on the roof!A job well done! Wed definitely recommend Certified Roofing Solutions for your roofing needs.
