Comment: I contracted Cisca for a fairly significant renovation of my house. Brian Artiles was my project manager. The experience was fantastic, and Brian made the entire process as low stress as any renovation can hope to be. He is an A+ professional and was reachable at all times, and the workers in his crew were all diligent, reliable, and respectful.My project involved significant demolition and structural work with a totally redesigned floor plan, major engineering/mechanical/plumbing changes, and the installation of a variety of different finishes, and it all went very smoothly. I am extremely happy about the result, and the end product was exactly how I envisioned it at the onset. I will definitely look to Cisca again for future projects at my house.

They were responsive to our inquiries and were professional through the process (not an easy thing to find in Miami). The owner Frank called several times throughout the work to make sure we were satisfied with the quality. They showed up when they said they would and were careful not to inconvenience us in anyway. Cisca Construction Company was the first company I would rate excellent. Franks motto rings true on getting the job done on time with no B.S.. You get what you pay for: from workers showing up every day on time, a brick and mortar office, emails and calls returned promptly, clean and honest workers, a computer program to track expenses and a terrific supervisor. The supervisor for the job was Brian Artiles. Since the renovation was a pleasant experience, I am actually looking forward to hiring Cisca Construction Company to renovate two bathrooms in the near future. Frank and Brian are the men to oversee getting the job done.

Comment: I totally recommend this construction company. I had an investment property that needed some repairs. I was referred to Cisca Construction where I spoke to the owner Mr. Frank Balleste. Mr Balleste assured me that I had gone to the right company and Im glad that I did. The following day I had 2 workers at my investment property. His workers were quick and efficient and approximately 1 week later I was able to rent my condo. I also had his company do some extensive repairs at my residence. Mr. Balleste always maintained contact with me via phone or email to make me aware of any issues or just to see if I was content with the job being done . This is a quality that has been lost with most companies in Miami. Im in the process of looking for a new home and when I do, if any repairs need to be done Cisca Construction will be doing it. Comment: I recently had a quest bathroom renovation done by Cisca. I could not be more pleased with the finished bathroom!!! My project manager, Brian, was fantastic. He kept on top of every detail and worked so well with my designer. I loved how they were able to discuss technical issues with expertise and professionalism. He kept me informed at every step so that I knew who and what each day would bring. The caliber of the work and all the sub contractors was fantastic. It was such a relief not to have to wait for different subs to show up, everything was well coordinated.
