Comment: Highly Recommend! Lisa and Rich helped us immediately as our General Contractors for the house to be repaired from the hurricane. They were professional, prompt, very informative, considerate, friendly as well as highly organized and efficient in not only connecting us with experts but also being available for all of our questions. Their work is impeccable and I would confidently recommend them! We had work that included water restoration, drywall, installation, painting, flooring and they even helped with all permits and subcontractors.

Comment: Wow! I hired Rich Pieters owner of Coastal Custom Construction to follow through with many issues in my current home in Rotonda fl. Most of the work was done by him. He sub contracted a few jobs but was on top of their every move, with excellent communication with me. Every step of every job was done with the most professional but more than that the most knowledgeable expertise. The most profound thing I can say is that when someone treats you to a good work ethic, shakes your hand, and means what he says; that says it all. I don’t need to go on and on about this company but if you need a contractor that will take care of YOU! Hire this company! It should really be named “coastal custom caring construction” Because Rich Pieters does care about you and your job. I am a Florida state contractor myself but hired coastal custom construction because I wanted and needed someone I could trust to just get things done in a timely matter with no PROBLEMS! Comment: I just wanted to say publicly, That I used Coastal Custom Construction for a remodel in our home to add a sliding glass door and to close off our two bay Car port making the side against the living space a new sewing room for my wife, and the other side a garage. there was reframing necessary to properly install Impact windows and doors, after completing the work, we had a condensate pump stop working in my wifes new sewing room. The water caused damage to the baseboard and drywall. I called Rich to see if he could come and give me an estimate to replace the damaged materials, He left the repair in an as new condition. He is an honest contractor, and I would hire him and his company for any work that may come up in the future.

Comment: In the space allotted I doubt I can fit all the appropriate superlatives that apply to Rich Pieters and his company. He is rock solid guy who takes enormous pride in his work. Mr. Pieters was referred to me by Ray Labadie/Labadie Construction, who is a general contractor with impeccable credentials. I contacted him regarding his availability. I had several small renovation jobs and Rich agreed to stop by and give me an estimate. 2 minutes into our conversation I knew I was giving him my business. Throughout the entire renovation, Rich was punctual, patient and productive. I mention patience because, he has what all successful business people have, listening skills. I bombed him with questions and he always gave me the time I needed to get the answers. His work was 1st rate and he completed each project ahead of the expected completion date. Additionally, the invoices I paid were frequently less than the quotations! A rare thing in this day and age. I enthusiastically endorse his business and would unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone who was considering home renovation.

Comment: Rich Pieters remodeled our master bath and did an excellent job! He listened to what my vision was and made it happen with the right people! He also helped me remove a built in stone planter box that was causing a leak and patched the leak and replaced the drywall. I would and have recommended him to many residents in the Rotonda area! And, when Im ready for my next project, I know who to call! Thanks Rich!

Comment: Rich does a fantastic job, and he is a wonderful person. My mom lived in Rotonda West for years, and I cannot even count how many projects Rich helped her with. Most of them were not big remodeling projects, and not something he would make a lot of money doing. But he always returned her calls right away, he always showed up to help her, and he always did a great job. His prices were fair, and it was wonderful knowing that she had someone who she could trust, who would actually come and help her when she had an issue with her home. He explained what needed to be done, gave her pricing up front, and always did a great job. My mom no longer lives in that area, but I sure do wish we could convince Rich to come up and live in her new town!! If you have an opportunity to hire Rich for a project, you should do it!

Comment: We are new Florida residents and home owners as of October 2019. We bought our new home in Rotonda West and were lucky enough to find a reliable contractor, Coastal Custom Construction. Rich Pieters company did an excellent quality install throughout the entire home. We were temporarily renting so It was critical that the job be completed on time so that we could physically move in. He promised it would be done and monitored the progress throughout completion. One of the best contractors we have found in Florida. Would highly recommend him for all your flooring or remodeling needs.

Comment: Excellent Contractor! Cant say enough about Rich and his team of professionals. We purchased a home approx. 1 year ago which needed updating. We contacted Coastal Custom Construction and Rich promply returned our call and quoted the remodeling needed. His team arrived on schedule and completed all work on time as promised. The finished project was beautiful. The pricing originally quoted was the pricing paid. I cant say enough about his professionalism, he answered all our questions and concerns throughout the entire construction project. Would HIGHLY recommend him for any contracting needs you may have.
