Comment: I had a frayed cable on my boat lift. Coastal docks quickly sent Brian. Brian took a look at the lift and quickly got me a new cable. Brian gave amazing instructions on how to install the cable. Very thankful for Brian and Coastal Docks. I look forward to working with Costal Docks again.

Thank you Maria, Andy, Brian , Nick and all of the installers for doing such a great job. If you are considering installing a Lift or adding a new Dock , I recommend highly you use Coastal Docks.

Comment: Had a 100 foot of Dock done, Met with Woody to view some prior jobs and Marcos about what I wanted. First off I HAVE BUILT SEVERAL DOCKS OF MY OWN both Fresh water and SALT, SO I know what to is required and Very Knowledgable about MARINE construction Plus I am PICKY as EVER. I had 90% of all Federal, State, County permits and engineering done, this is a very Time consuming. So get this Started ASAP....Woody and Markos can also Oversee and give you Direction on this process if Needed. Overall the dock and construction was dead on schedule once the City okayed the final Permits. Materials used and Lumber top notch at a Price Reasonable (FOR THE KEYS ) Markos was only a phone call away and Always took my call or returned phone calls at any time of the day or evening. I also reviewed a met other companies from the area some returned Phone calls 3-4 weeks later Some quotes Landed on Mars. All in all one of the least painless experiences with construction I have had in the keys, and if your familiar with the Florida KEYS DZ you know what I am talking about !!Highly RecommendJSMarathon Florida

Comment: Coastal Docks is the best marine contractor in the keys by a mile. They’re the type of company that says they’re going to do something then they ACTUALLY do it!! Woody and Marco communicated with me the entire way and made it easy to put in my new dock and boat lift. I’ll recommend their team and services to any of my friends or neighbors.

Comment: We had our seawall, deck top and dock installed by Coastal Docks 6 years ago. All turned out very nice. The seawall was exposed to a direct hit by Hurricane Irma and withstood the forces. All the posts of the dock remained in place. Only lost the top of the dock from the forces of the hurricane.

If you are in need of a someone to sell and install boat lifts, Coastal Dock has it under control. They can help with any of your needs when it comes to Marine or General Construction. Comment: Being the real person who paid for this dock and not the infamous party girl of the keys who thinks she’s an engineerThis dock was constructed above code with double hurricane straps from the bents to the stringers which by code only required one.The dock was inspected by the city of Marathon and the Army Corp of Engineers and was certifiedUnfortunately a few months later it was subjected to a 7 foot storm surge and 160 mile an hour winds on the east side of Irma’s eye wall for 16 hours it had nothing to do with construction. The hurricane destroyed six house around us I guess they should have used screws?

Comment: I used Coastal Docks in Marathon Fl. to construct our boat dock and they also sell and install Deco Boat Lifts. Deco Lifts are very highly rated and I believe Coastal Docks is the only authorized dealer in the Florida Keyes.(Chaulk one up for Coastal). I called the Marathon Chamber of Commerce and the people I talked with gave Coastal a raving review. (Chaulk another one up for Coastal) Lastly, Coastal did an outstanding job, the boat dock and boat lift look fantastic.P.S., Also, Woody is a great guy, he is very professional and does what he says. We could not be happier.
