Comment: I arrived in south Florida July 2019 with my very ill husband and after having to sell our home in GA of 21 years. To get my husband and I better medical/nursing help and to be near our daughter, I needed to put roots down and reinvest in a new home in Florida. We bought a 1987 home that had little upgrading. I was told by good people we met that John Azzara, owner of CSI construction company, would be very honest and safe to work with. And long story short, that was exactly the case! John and his Project Manager, Oderlis Sanchez, were so efficient, honest, and pleasant to work with. I needed John to run my project because I had doctor appts. and home nursing to do around the clock for my husband. No personal or business time. John and Ms. Sanchez took care of contracting, county permits, and inspections, no small feat! We also had to complete the last work around Covid 19 restrictions...no small feat! I had John manage a TOTAL top to bottom renovation of a 1400 sq. ft. home. It took months and it was completed very satisfactorily all the way to the punch list end. John and Ms. Sanchez were always responsive and cared. They became friends over the months and I knew they would go beyond to take care of my home. My husband has passed now, but John and Ms. Sanchez got us moved in so he could enjoy his last weeks in his new, beautiful home. John and his good crew of guys made it happen. GODspeed my Friends :o) M. Rodriguez(A shoutout to Michael Bell, owner of Designer Concrete. Michael is also superbly honest, professional, and does amazing designer-finish concrete floors. Michael, John, and Ody are an amazing team.)

Comment: John knows his stuff. I worked with him and his team on 2 historic homes in WPB and was thrilled with the results. They took care of everything, including new impact windows which look amazing.I’ve already recommended him to a friend and they were also thrilled with his work.

Comment: Built out my condo.The trim work and stone and tile work second to none .John is respectful, courteous and has great ideas .His suggestions throughout the project improved it immeasurably.He was able to execute things other contractors had difficulty understanding much less accomplishing .

Comment: WITHOUT A DOUBT THE GREATEST AND MOST COMPETENT GENERAL CONTRACTOR IN PALM BEACH COUNTY...MAYBE ALL OF FLORIDA...THE BEST PART IS THAT YOU NOT ONLY HAVE BEAUTIFUL WORK DONE TO EXACT SPECIFICATIONS...but a new friend as well!!...my wife and I could not be anymore pleased with the work done by John and his crew...they do it All!!!...

Comment: John azzara from construction Solutions does great work, from residential to commercial he does it all. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, finish work, doors, roofing, commercial build outside, plumbing, electric, hvac, etc. He does it all. From experience, once upon meeting him, you will feel totally comfortable and assured cause he is completely honest and to the point from the start. I dont think theres any task john can not get done. If I could leave 6 stars I would.
