Comment: We had a relatively small job that we needed to have done, but urgently. Dade Construction came out, gave us an estimate (which was very reasonably priced), and started work right away. Their workers were great! They did everything they said they would, in the time frame they said they would (which if you have any experience with other South Florida contractors, is a pleasant surprise), and the finished job looked great. The entire team, from Robert to Brian to Anthony to Siomara, are extremely pleasant to work with and I HIGHLY recommend using them for anything you need.

Their team communicates constantly and clearly. They return every call or email almost instantly, whether the news is good or bad. We never once felt like we were put behind another job. When we ran into issues due to architectural design and/or county permits, they picked up the ball and ran with it. Their employees go above and beyond when it comes to getting the job done. Comment: Dade construction completed the build out for our new wine bar in Kendall. They were very easy to work with and walked us through it every step of the way. They were keen to help out with whatever we may have needed during our buildout. From design options to working closely with and staying on budget. Brian was amazing. He was our point of contact throughout the building process and is super easy to work with. We were told in the beginning of the process that Dade is a family business and working with them you become a part of the family. This is absolutely true. Jonathan has assembled a great team and we look forward to using Dade construction for all our projects in the future.

Comment: I enjoyed working with Brian he is extremely professional, he helped me build one of the best wine bars in West Kendall and since the beginning he was the only one from many companies I quoted that was able to envision what I was looking for. what I like the most is that he was extremely respectful with the time limits and the budget. He you have any doubts about hiring this company just come and check what they did at my place vacillate wine and beer bar, I will definitely will work with them in the future.

Comment: We were referred to Dade for our office renovation and we couldnt be more pleased. Not only did they come in at the lowest price to earn our business, but the work they did was incredible. The office came out looking amazing and Jonathan, Nicola and Brian were incredibly helpful along the way. Jonathan especially is great to work with and really made the job easy for us. High rise construction is a nightmare but Jonathan helped us navigate it and did whatever he could to get it done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a GC for any type of project.

Comment: Dade Construction did an amazing job fixing up our office building. We searched for General Contractors that would be able to do quality work within our allotted budget and Dade Construction went above and beyond what we expected. They are highly qualified with extensive knowledge about general contracting. We had our entire building pressure cleaned and painted, re-placed pavers as well as had all of our decorative metal gates powder coated and everything was done one time and within budget. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.
