Comment: Days Home Solutions was a wonderful experience. I am truly thankful I called for their services. They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. I had my front window replaced and they offered me a very reasonable quote, the end result, exceeded my expectations! The window had to be custom made and the original removed and replaced. The attention to detail was outstanding! The best part is you cannot even tell there was any construction done, just a new window!

Comment: I have employed Days Home Solutions for several home improvement projects over the past five years and have always been very pleased with the result. I recently moved and Noal and his crew built a custom bar, replace windows and installed wood floors in my new home. The bar must be seen to be believed; it compares well to many professional establishments.Noal is an affable fellow and responds quickly and competently to concerns. The workmanship is extremely professional. I plan on calling on Days Home Solutions for my future projects.

Comment: I have edited my initial review from 3 stars to 4 stars, due to the owner Noals response. He genuinely seemed concerned about my happiness and making sure the job was done right. Still cant give 5 stars due to quality of fabrication by company they farmed out countertop to, scheduling issues and some rude communication.Paid $50 to have quote, but wasnt aware that it was going to take 2 weeks to get completed. I called a week into waiting to find out what was taking so long. I did receive an email back asking if they should continue with the quote or not as they didnt want to waste their time. I think if I pay $50 for a quote, you better provide me a quote. Or refund my $50 if you dont want to do it. I did get an apology from the gal that sent that email.During initial meeting, I expressed my interest to have marble in my kitchen or high end granite (which is why I didnt go back to Lowes. Replaced countertops twice through them in the past 25 years and they do great work, but wanted something fancier). I agreed to the price of the quote even though it was so much more expensive than what Amazon Stone had quoted me. Now, granted Amazon Stone was not able to cut my bar top down so counters would be flat, and they werent adding one cabinet as well as 5 feet of crown molding. But they quoted me less than $3500 for installation of high end granite that looked like marble, and rehooking up sink/facuets etc. Plus, I was looking for a great customer service experience, wanted to support a local business, and if things worked out, I would have a go-to company when I needed work around my house. I also was really looking for a company that would install around my schedule.When I went to drop off my deposit for the work, I learned that I wasnt actually quoted for marble/high end granite like I requested. How much extra will that be, around $1,000? I asked. Probably, was the answer. Shame on me, definitely my fault for proceeding, but it was actually $2850 extra!! This is actually not why I am upset. I dont mind paying money for a positive experience and a great product. They use Ace Granite which really did not have nearly as nice stone as Mystic or Amazon. I mentioned to Jodi that we might have to go to Mystic but I eventually picked out the only stone I liked at Ace.Pictures are below. Note the granite on the wall and how it doesnt match the next piece. It should flow better. Cabinet above fridge looks too small, they didnt install the hardware I ordered to go with it, and it isnt flush or pulled out a bit more to go with refrigerator. Crown molding on cabinet should go up to ceiling. (Note, Josh, their installer came out and did a great job fixing the cabinet to my specifications).If you want to know how long project took, tear-out was 7/5, we agreed installation would be 7/23. We didnt discuss any other dates, but apparently, installation just means that is when they start. They were there for a few hours on 4 different days. Kind of important to those of us that work. I had no idea that a cabinet, countertop and crown molding couldnt be done in one full day. (Actually, I think it could have been done in a day). 2 hours to install granite in morning, and all rest of day to finish the rest. I feel like the Days Home Solution should have known that the granite was going to be done in the morning, and could have had their installer their after lunch. Overall, just a lack of communication.

Comment: Noel, Jodi, Kraemer and the entire staff were very easy to work with on our project. They listened to our needs and made suggestions on different options to keep the project cost in line with projections. Special thanks to Kraemer our PM. He not only supervised the teams efforts, but had the expertise to do specific projects (construct custom size aluminum doors and window). The family run business provided personalized, high quality service. Weve been enjoying our Florida room for a year, We are most grateful to the Days Home Solutions team!!
