Comment: The first time we met Ryan Dender to discuss two bathroom remodels, he told us he encourages clients to ask questions throughout the process. Ryan was responsive and communicative throughout the renovations for any questions that came up along the way. His estimate and payment schedule were thorough, clear and organized.Ryan and his team were respectful of us and our home. They protected our furniture, floors and spaces that were near the renovations but not being renovated. Ryan listened, paid attention to details and problem solved during the renovation process.Ryan and his team were polite, personable and focused on doing quality work.Ryan took time with us to measure and customize our renovations for our needs and practical placement of fixtures, accessories, the shower niche, towel and grab bars, etc.Ryan was timely, arriving at our house to meet whoever was working that day, before they started on the day’s job. Ryan was there to communicate with us and the workers to make certain everything would go smoothly and was being done the way we wanted. Ryan personally was involved in doing the work from demolition, to getting things started, to the end of each job to final details and cleanup.Our renovations were completed in a timely manner. His team works quietly and gets jobs completed, staying until the work is done for the day.They cleaned before leaving each day and especially at the end of the project, the rooms and bathrooms were ready to use.Dender Remodeling will work with you, help you with practical application, answer questions, do work in a timely manner and leave everything clean and fresh.
