Comment: DHM construction designed and built our front porch. It transformed our ranch home into a showpiece for the neighborhood and we could not be happier. The team was professional and timely. The finishing touches like the landscaping and porch swing provide provide great accents to our home. Dan Morin was fully invested in this project which shows his commitment to quality and customer service. We will use DHM again for more remodeling we have planned for our home.

Comment: Working with DHM for our home renovation was a great experience. Not without hiccups, as all major projects will have, but DHMs responsiveness and quick solutions made even those easy to navigate. The quality of the final product is excellent and the cost was more than fair for the service, materials, and craftsmanship. We even came in under budget, and I love being in our new space everyday!

Comment: My home has been completely remodeled with everything new except the outer walls. I was absent for most of the the rebuild but Dave Heinz , the on sight manager kept me updated with daily photos and frequent phone calls. I am overjoyed with the final outcome . Comment: We worked with DHM in 2018/19 to get our waterfront primary residence and two others ready for sale. Interior and exterior remodeling was done quickly and cost effectively, without compromising on quality. We sold the properties through DHM Real Estate group and got our top dollar asking prices.They are currently working on a new build, custom home for us. Dan, Heather and their team are very hands-on. They are very accessible and easy to communicate with and keep us informed every step of the way. The project is at an advanced stage and we’ve been extremely pleased with the creativity, flexibility, responsiveness, attention to detail and the quality of workmanship. We highly recommend them.

Comment: Thanks to DHM we now live in a truly state of the art house / custom house! The crew was all top notch with a strong attention to detail. Everyone from Dan & Heather, the owners, to Bill the project manager, to Ann the realtor, and beyond were very closely involved. We had a tight closing deadline and DHM competed on schedule. Comment: DHM construction was able to help us when no one else could. We had a tight time frame for a bathroom build out, and they rose to the occasion 1000%! Comment: When building a home the hardest decision is what builder to use. We have never regretted our decision to use DHM Construction. From design to finish there was no detail left out. We were able to be a part of all decisions and we were never made to feel like we were a bother or in the way, even with the multitude of changes we made along the way. Building a home is stressful and with DHM Constructions professional team, from the plan design team to the subcontractors to the financial department, the process was pleasant and exciting.Our home is a work of art. Comment: We live our new DHM home. After living here for about a month, was noticed a few little things that were imperfect- the way a closet door was hung, a fan not properly responding to the remote. DHM came to investigate and repair just a couple days after reporting. One day I suddenly had no power in my garage and none of the breakers were flipped so I was unsure what to do so texted the owner, Dan, and he came right over to show me the outlet reset that I wasn’t familiar with. He could have just talked me thru it on the phone but stopped by personally to make sure I understood and to see if all else was working well.

Comment: Dan and Heather were incredible. I would highly recommend them to anyone building or remodelling. Thought it was going to be tough doing it hundreds of miles away but they made it easy. We interviewed about a dozen over the process and they stood out in quality, design, and they actually called me back!! Thats a rarity these days!
