Comment: If you are looking for a construction company that delivers what they promise and more, DM Construction is the company. We needed repairs to our ceiling from the hurricane. This company came in, completed the work with precision and expertise. They moved and covered everything like it should be, did drywall repairs and painted. They cleaned up and moved all the furniture back. They even reset my dining room table! There was no mess for us to clean up. There was a project manager on the project from start to finish. And the price could not be beat. After having dealt with our “contractors”, this was a pleasant experience. You can tell the owner has set high standards and has hired people with the same standards and expertise. So if you need a contractor, look no further. Call DM Construction. You will not be disappointed.

Comment: I had hired another construction company to do work on my home post Hurricane Ian. They only did half the work and left a mess. An example of that was leaving plaster in the pipe under the driveway. I found DM Construction Company and they completed the work that needed done in the timeframe that I had. They are skilled workers and worked hard to complete everything that I requested. Their supervisor came to the job several times to check on the progress and ask if I had any concerns. They cleared the work area daily and maintained a schedule. I had my first home built in 1990 in Pennsylvania and although materials have changed over the years, the quality of work done by DM Construction Company surpassed my previous experiences. They are reasonably priced and if you need work done on your home, call them. You will not be disappointed.

Comment: These guys really bailed me out. My pool cage was removed and the facia boards were all rotted. The cage company didnt do this type of work and I called DM who I got through a friend. They responded within a day with an onsite estimate. They stayed in constant contact with me to coordinate getting their work done in time for my new cage installation. Highly recommend this company. Prices are very reasonable with quality work.

Comment: David and the company were great! They showed up when they said, finished the job quickly and the project looks complete! The guys were very neat and cleaned up every day before leaving. We ended up needing more done and they let us know before going ahead with anything. After seeing the final look at everything, we definitely will be using them for future projects here out! Definitely recommend to anyone needing affordable and amazing work!

Comment: I hired DM construction to paint an exterior wall of our home a couple weeks ago. They did a great job and were able to schedule me quickly. Their prices were really fair too. We had some minor hurricane damage on other walls, which they fixed too, you can’t see any damage anymore. I recommend them if you need anything done at your house.
