Comment: This was such a pleasant project! Work turned out great - we replaced our shower with a brand new gorgeous tile shower and they put down a new floor in our bathroom. The very respectful workers were on time and did beautiful work. And they finished the project when they said they would. Communication was great. The owner came with us to the flooring store to help us understand what to pick out, how much of it. We spent 2.5 hours there! Highly recommend Eddis construction!

Comment: EDISS Construction was incredible!!! We were in desperate need of getting support beams repaired after we discovered major termite damage and they were quick in replying back to emails and calls. They were able to get the beams repaired quickly and noticed we needed our door to be repaired and mentioned it -we had been looking around for someone to do that as well. They ended up doing the remainder of the room that needed to be done to get it back to normal and it looks incredible!! This team is now on speed dial for when we start our remodel in the other rooms and I can’t recommend them enough to others!!

Comment: I had been searching for a contractor who could perform the job I had to my expectations, which included removing and replacing an exterior/ interior wall and front door replacement. In the process of this, I wanted to replace an existing single window I had on the wall with 3 new large black framed impact windows. These had to be custom made, and ordered ahead of time. This also required the use of an architect and permits with the city. Eli the owner of Ediss Construction understood exactly what look I was trying to achieve for the replacement of one of my exterior walls. He knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me get the finished product from starting with a design to completion. The work required permitting and proper architectural design. Eli was able to provide me with an electrician, who is the most reasonably priced electrician I have ever met, and paint and plaster experts. He also had an architect available, however I had already made plans with another and Eli was professional and showed up to meet the architect as well without me suggesting. My house is not a million dollar home, however Eli treated it as if it was, with the best sub contractors and workers available to do the job. Eli set up all of the inspections and made sure that everything was up to code. Out of all of the contractors I had received estimates from for the work, Eli was by far the most reasonable. I should also mention I have a wood framed house and Eli is also experienced with wood frame homes and completed proper installation using hardi plank, to match the look of the wood siding on the rest of my homes exterior. It was more tedious but he did an incredible job. He knows what his customers are looking for and goes above and beyond that of what I expected a contractor to do. He is honest and hard working and he is extremely detailed orientated. I would highly recommend his services, he is one of the best at what he does. Eli will build your home with the care it deserves, he wouldn’t do anything less than he would for himself which is a quality that can be hard to find today.

Comment: Ediss Construction did exceptional work. They are very professional and were extremely helpful in a very difficult situation. They did extensive water and mold remediation under the direction of an environmental inspector and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

Comment: We were able to work with this company through Home Depo. Before the job started, Ben, who worked for the company appeared to be genuine and helpful when providing information about the fence we wanted to repair. After the repairs were complete we noticed that a few things needed to be corrected such as some areas being higher than others, some hinges needing to be replaced, etc. Ben gave us his word that he would return to our home to fix the areas himself but after a while his word on coming back the next day turned into the day after that and then the day after that. It got to the point where we were tired of trying to adjust our schedule waiting for him, only to have him make another excuse. So we finally called it quits with him.We picked this company to make the repairs due to the reviews we saw only to find that we did not have the same experience as others. I usually do not care too much to do reviews but unfortunately Ben rubbed us the wrong way. Good luck when using this company.Update March 2019:Eli, the actual owner of the company reach out to my family and I wanting to make everything right. I was very surprised that someone even bothered to call after almost 2 years. Eli came to our home to take a look at the issues that we requested Ben to fix a while ago and took care of them without issues. So we’d like to thank Eli for that.

Comment: We needed a complete renovation of a Condo on Ft. Lauderdale Beach. We interviewed several contractors and picked Ediss, based on price and recommendations. They did a great job and there were no complaints about fixing things that were not correct. Took about 10 months for the full renovation. We moved in for the winter in Mid December and have enjoyed the new condo. We had a glitch with the Mechanical inspector in June that costs us 2 months and $3600 to resolve. They were giving us trouble about the A/C Condenser placement. That was frustrating, but it was the Inspector that caused that problem. In hindsight we should have specked out better quality kitchen cabinets, but that was our fault. We had them custom painted and they turned out very nice. Ediss also took care of having a couple chairs refinished for us that we inherited in the unit. We mainly worked with Joe Chirino, but Eli, the owner put in a lot of time also. We are from Cleveland, Ohio and we’re happy to finally get out of the horrible winters in Ohio. I would recommend Ediss to anyone looking to update their homes or condos.

Comment: Started with a miscommunication, that was quickly resolved thanks to Eli, the owner of Ediss. Good communication is important when conducting business and so far Eli has proven to be a fair communicator and negotiator.Ediss is providing an estimate for a partial remodel on my home, necessary thanks to crumbling pipes. Based on the other positive reviews, I think the estimate will be well thought out and reasonable.Ill update this review as the remodel projects continues....

Joe and Eli came over, gave us an estimate and a 3D rendering of what our bathrooms would look like after completion. They began the permitting process and work right away. They are professional, reliable and keep their word. They kept us in the loop even when we were away and always asked our opinion before making any changes. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and we would highly recommend and use them again.

Comment: I had dirty walls painted around the whole house, multiple holes filled within my wall, a broken fence that was fixed, and completely had my yard re-done.
