Niv excels in customer satisfaction, he always made sure I was happy with the results and he was always willing to help and solve problems when I was not satisfied. That to me was the most important thing.I provided the design and they made sure the result was better than the 3D renders! Comment: I hired Sean (Elbaz Construction)to review and close inspections that the city still had open in their system since 2008 due to a fire in my 2-bd, 2-bth condo in WPB. I am extremely pleased by his professionalism and his prioritization of the matter as the issue was incurring fees daily. I would certainly hire Sean for any project in the future as he delivered what he promised, kept on time communication and was honest. Also I was not in state and did not meet Sean physically and he was able to close the issue out in a matter of months. He did a thorough job working with the city inspectors asking the correct questions and closing out the inspections as needed. Thank you Sean.
