I see some reviews on here that are negative and truly believe they are making a mistake and posting reviews here as they even use a different name of another company in their reviews that happens to have the word Elite in the name but is NOT Elite Metal Building and Roofing, who I would give ten stars if I could. Comment: Highly would recommend. Worked directly with Constantine. We had water damage from a shower not properly installed Elite construction helped right away took out the entire shower and replaced the bathroom quickly. Super clean workers as well no dust left behind and a gorgeous end product

Comment: If you are an equestrian thinking about building a steel riding arena you may want to check out Elite Construction in Ft Lauderdale. EZ to work with. They answered most of my questions and they had great prices on hurricane rated arenas.

Comment: Ive been a Licensed Contractor and Carpenter/Handyman in Florida for many years, and Ive been fortunate to work with Elite Construction and to get to know them personally.I highly recommend Elite Construction if you want quality craftsmanship and if you want to be treated fairly. Mr. Vittoratos and his son Costa are honest, fair, and reliable and their word is good. They dont cut corners, and they get the job done right the first time.

Comment: My husband and I are new to S. Florida, and a friend who lives here recommended Elite Construction to develop our new office building, warehouse, and storage units.Since this was our first commercial project, we were apprehensive and a bit nervous that things wouldnt go like we had hoped. We bought a few investment homes in Texas a few years back, and both times we got screwed really bad by the GCs. The first time we got ripped off really badly, and we eventually had to sue the GC, then settled for pennies on the dollar which barely covered the attorney fees. We ended up losing almost 40K on the deal, instead of making 30 or 40 like we had hoped.Working with Elite was the polar opposite of what weve gone through in the past. From start to finish the job was carefully planned and executed. Both Dan and Ted were very professional, and Dan (Project Manager) went out of his way on many occasions to make sure all the permits and modifications were done properly.... the first time! I believe that he probably knows more about local codes and restrictions than the architect or the inspectors, and his input and advice was priceless. Not only did our project come in quite a bit under what we had anticipated, but the work was flawless, and the project was actually completed almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule!We will definitely hire Elite again for some renovations were planning to do on our new home and for any future projects down the road. I dont usually go out of my way to write reviews, but we are so grateful that I felt obligated to write this one. Our new property is absolutely gorgeous, and we are so excited about opening our doors soon.Thank You Elite Construction for everything you did to make our dream become a reality. We will always be grateful and we will recommend your company whenever we have a chance. Arete !!
