The crew used metal detector devises to clean up all the screws that fall during the process. It is beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to having a new roof put on.

Comment: I was scammed by another roofing company and badly needed fixes to my home and roof, especially with storm season approaching. I reached out to Ryan Dean, the owner of Everdean and he let me know what needed to be done. He quickly got his crew out and made the repairs which instantly fixed the problems.After all was said and done, Ryan said he wouldn’t take my money because of the situation I was in. Everdean bent over backwards for my family and didn’t even charge us.It’s hard to find stand up roofers and especially ones that do quality work. Go with Everdean Construction if you need any roof work done!

Comment: Rob has been amazing! His attention to detail and knowledge has been invaluable! Prompt timely and knowledgeable. Friendly and so very helpful. In light of the aftermath of hurricane Ian and his busy schedule he was always there to answer questions about the process. The insurance company had a right to something or other which meant they can choose the roofer. After a long fight unfortunately we are required to use the insurance company’s‘ ‘preferred’ roofer which unfortunately isn’t Everdeen. I’m upset I didn’t know about this clause!! Rob’s been terrific throughout and I just want everyone to know I highly recommend Rob and his company. He did a phenomenal job on my neighbors house!! 10 stars to Everdeen and Rob Fredericks!!

He guided me w/shingle selection as well as ckg in when they were delivered. Comment: A windstorm had passed through our town leaving damage to our roof. My wife and I were not looking forward to starting the process of looking for a company to begin the repairs but thank God we crossed paths with Everdean Construction! From the moment of our consultation, we knew we were in good hands. Conner Reed went above and beyond to put our roof worries at ease. He was super polite and friendly while staying extremely professional. When the day came to start work on the roof, the owner and the VP of Sales & Marketing came to answer any questions I had and to supervise. Ryan Dean gave such great attention to detail and Rob Fredericks made himself available to address any concerns we had. We can’t recommend Everdean Construction enough! When my roof started leaking into my house, I made a desperation call to Russell and he sent someone to tarp my roof later that same night to stop the leak! Additionally, working with Everdean associates like Connor provided me with a level of honesty and trust to ensure me that our replacement roof was going to be done right the first time, and it was. Roof looks great!! Companies like Everdean that provide this level of service are far and few between.

Comment: From start and they did a great job. Everdean construction did a inspection on home for storm damage. After the inspection they confirmed that I had enough damage on my roof to get it covered through my insurance. They met with my insurance company and then after they replaced the roof and did a terrific job. Everything was done very clean and the cleanup was great and communication was great as well. I would recommend them to my friends and family and anyone that would want a good roofing company or a general contractor.
