Comment: One of the best companies Ive dealt with. My husband and I had been working with Tristan for a little over a year trying to find a home for our family. They have a very wide selection of homes for just about any budget and are super transparent on pricing and specifications of the homes. Any question that I had was quickly answered. We were initially referred to them by our neighbors who were also very happy with their home which was installed in record time. Due to a new job offer in another state, we werent able to finalize a deal, but I am very excited to learn that this company also sells homes where well be moving.

I have to say, this particular dealership always treats their customers like family- you can feel the warm vibe from the time you walk through their front door. The sales consultants are knowledgeable, caring and compassionate and the operations end of the business is totally turnkey.

Comment: I recently emailed this company , at the Christmas location, concerning the purchase of a Mobil home for a property I own. A young lady, Melissa Watson, responded to my inquiry very quickly. Very impressive , since a few other companies still have not gotten back to me. Melissa was a wealth of information, she was very kind and understanding and patient with my stupid questions. I have set an appointment with Melissa to go view the homes available. I am chomping at the bit, so to speak, unfortunately I am going to have to wait a couple of weeks. Not because they put me off for a time but because I came down with the dreaded Covid. As soon as I can I will be going there to have a look at what is available and meet this young lady personally. I am very much looking forward to the experience. I highly recommend that if you have questions and need honest and accurate information call Melissa she is a gem.

Comment: I came in with a lot of questions from utilities and lot set up to occupancy certificate. They had the answer for everything. As a Realtor, I must be diligent when helping Clients, especially when they are from out of the area. Hazer and Tristan were pleasant and knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of homes on the lot that will make it difficult for you to choose just one. I recommend you stop by and visit with any questions.
