Comment: We had a column removed and a beam installed on our lanai. It was quite the task and the FL Construction crew did an AWESOME job! We were surprised at how much work was actually involved and the cost for the project was very reasonable. Stephan kept us informed of the schedule and the work was completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend FL Construction, you need to give them a chance to quote your project.

Comment: We sustained tornado damage causing a complete remodel. All new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, interior & exterior doors, all new interior & exterior lighting, painted inside and out. Amazing, top quality work! Stephan did not cut any corners. He had our back during the whole process! Don’t use anyone else for your remodel or additions.

Comment: FL Construction took on a bath addition project that was not completed by a previous contractor, and much of the construction work by the prior contractor was done inadequately or just plain wrong. This caused Orange County to deny approval of framing inspections and the project was stalled out.FL Construction was diligent and highly professional in getting a new building permit in place and fixing all the deficiencies to the satisfaction of Orange County. The finish work completed by FL Construction on the bath addition is very good, in spite of construction defects they inherited. The work was finished on budget.The communication throughout the process over a six month period start to finish was superb (3 months of which involved doggedly working through plan and permit issues with Orange County to allow FL Construction to finish the project after all the problems caused by the prior contractor).We added other tile installation and laundry remodeling projects with FL Construction while the wait on the bath occurred with Orange County and they got all the extra work done on time and on budget.I am very impressed with Stephan, the owner, and the performance of the company. 5 star thumbs up!Thomas Kim Propst

Comment: Used FL Construction group many times over the years for remodeling projects. They did an absolute stellar job on my master bathroom remodel. I love the waterfall shower and stepping stone inlays in my shower. Currently working with them for another guest bathroom rebuild then eventually a kitchen overhaul. Owner Stefan is easy to work with and has some great ideas (like how he built inserts into the shower wall for shampoo bottles instead of a shelf that stuck out. Fair pricing and good turn around time on projects.

Comment: I cannot thank Stephan and his crew enough for the excellent job they did in repairing a major structural problem on my home in Davenport.I was literally left hanging by another contractor who had started the demolition on two 24 foot LVL structural beams supporting my second-floor balcony. Inexplicably, they removed the temporary shoring that was designed by a structural engineer that I had hired.Fortunately another contractor recommended FL Construction and they quickly replaced the beam and did all the necessary other repairs.Highly recommend!

Comment: Extremely impressed with the work David, Damien & Stephen did on the remodel of our Kitchen! These guys rock! A+++ company I will be contracting them again to turn our garage into a games room. I appreciate that they were very affordable, reliable, punctual and they communicated with us before during and even after the job was complete. Comment: They completed a full master bathroom remodel for me just last month and the price was right. It was quick and turned out exactly how I wanted. The two main guys working were polite and talked me through the whole processes (I was really curious about each step) and even made some suggestions like a pocket door which saved me a ton of room. They pulled up my floor, moved the toilet, reinstalled the walls and ceiling, and put it all back together with brand new slate tiled double headed shower and they even put together the vanity I brought from Ikea, which the other company I was originally going with had said I would have to do myself. It turned out even nicer than I expected and Im definitely using them again they quoted another project of me while they were here for free :).
