Comment: Called to request an estimate for resurfacing of my older pool. Pat came to the house, looked around the pool, did the measurements and had a ruff estimate of cost before leaving. 1 week later, I have a beautiful resurfaced pool with new tiles and handrail AND new DE Filter. Exceptional cost!! Excellent customer service, professional staff. I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

Comment: The whole experience from start to finish was top notch! From the time I walked in, the sales person Jason made the process so easy. His prior knowledge on the reconstruction/remodel side made me feel at ease when making decisions regarding my design for this new build. Kris was my construction manager and always kept me informed on what was to come next. Any questions I had, he answered the phone or promptly returned my call. Not only was the professionalism, communication, comfort, and ease of using this company what made the experience more than I could imagine….. my pool was completed in record timing! We broke ground end of October/November and completed March. (Would have been sooner had I had my act together and installed my privacy fence sooner) I would recommend this company over and over for all your construction needs!

Comment: FLA pools did a good job on my pool. Tonya, Don, Ron and Adrain were great. Very easy to work with. The showroom made it easy to pick tiles and colors. I was lucky and got the job done before the scheduled length of time they said it would take. The guys cleaned up after the job pretty good. It wasnt cheap but after a few quotes from different companies, they were all around the same but I felt the most comfortable with FLA Pools.

Comment: We have a fiberglass pool that I didn’t know much about. I was about ready to have it replaced with a concrete pool. Robert came out shortly after I called him and looked at the pool and explained what his company could do to update it and explained the benefits of a fiberglass pool. The cost was about half to remodel what it would have cost to replace. We agreed to have it remodeled, the project was scheduled within 2 weeks and was handled very promptly and professionally. The team that worked on the remodel along with the project manager, Adrian, did exactly what they said they were going to do and showed up exactly when they said they would. Additionally, my messages were always answered quickly. The entire project was completed in 3 weeks. I highly recommend FLA Pools. I truly appreciate Robert, Adrian and their entire team for the job they did.

Comment: From start to finish FLA Pools delivered on everything perfectly. The company exceeded our expectations to be honest. Choosing a pool company is certainly a hard task, but starting with our Sales Rep, Claire, FLA Pools quickly became our top choice. Claire was helpful, responsive, but not pushy. She checked in and gave us time to think about what we wanted. We appreciated that FLA pools was not aggressive with their sales.Kris was our project manager and he was awesome. He communicated clearly and when he said something was going to be worked on...it was. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had.We were told the pool would be finished in 4-6 months from our dig date, which was April 25. The pool was finished ahead of schedule on August 7. This includes 2 weeks FLA pools was waiting on us to finish the fence around the pool for the safety inspection. Our pool was filled with well-water, which left stains in the pool, FLA pools made sure our pool was left sparkling and gorgeous...The only thing that could have been *Better* was the pool school. As, it was quick and overwhelming and we forgot most of it.

Comment: We were so pleased with the Professional job that Fla Pools, Inc. did recently. They were very attentive to our needs, our price budget, and our desires as far as look , costs, etc. We were very pleasantly surprised by an early start time on the resurfacing of our 30 year old pool and the speed with which they worked and how fast the major work was completed......If something was not to our liking or we had questions, the contractor was always ready to help and get to our satisfaction. He was wonderful to work with and we would definitely recommend them in the future.

It only took them about 3 months from the start date to finish, they were coming in about every other day, so they were carefully working together and paying attention to detail. Comment: We have had a fantastic experience with FLA Pools during our pool construction in Seminole Heights community of Tampa, FL. Once we were out of permitting our pool started coming together quickly. They have done all the extra steps to prepare our pool to last like adding a deadline and rock after the hole was dug to reduce ground water under the pool. Robert, one of the owners, educated us on how someone should safely drain a pool in the future with the deadline. Our pool was dug and inspected the end of last week. It is Monday and concrete is going on. They stuck with their commitment to not leave the hole without concrete for a long period of time. We continue to be pleasantly surprised with their professional presence, response time, and extra education. Getting a commercial grade pool for our personal use at a reasonable and competitive price is worth it with this company!

Comment: I wanted to write this review to let people know how PLEASED we are with our pool that was completed in January 2021.We signed our contract in July 2020, 4 months after the Pandemic pretty much closed down the country. Getting the permits were the longest part. Once FLA Pools started digging September 29, 2020 and I learned the best way to communicate with my team it was a breeze. Kris was amazing at keeping me posted and I did my part by letting him know when things were completed by inspectors, sub contractor, etc. so that they were aware they could schedule the next step. I feel by working together with the company and the crews it made for an easy project. Our pool was filled January 11, 2021. So in all it took just under 4 months dig to fill including multiple holidays. All this being said I would definitely recommend and use FLA Pools again! Thank you so much for our beautiful new pool!

We sold that house and are getting quotes in our new home for refinishing the pool, resurface pool deck and possibly redoing the lanai. We are going to use Florida pools again! The time to complete the project was completed even under adverse weather conditions at times. The crews that completed the work was professional and functioned extremely well as a team. Comment: RESURFACING OF POOL INTERIOR AND DECKING - Pat and crew did an OUTSTANDING Job! Purchased house with pool 12 Years ago; the previous owner simply patched up the pool interior so it was due for an update. Resurfaced the interior with Marquis Quartz (Miami Blue), the decking was a Knock Down Acrylic (Graystone) and, they added a 2 Drain along the lanai. Veteran Owned, these guys were down to earth and straight forward with No Surprises! Thank You Gents!

Comment: Fla Pools installed pavers at my neighbors home in the backyard. Their backyard butts up to mine where I have a pool and cage. The silica dust from the cutting of the pavers drifted into and on our cage, pool, furniture and plants. I spoke to Patrick I guess hes a manager and he said they cant control the wind. He has not gotten back to me as to how we are going to clean this mess up. He has refused my calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Adding to my previous review. Fla Pools sent Victor to power wash my pool area and cage today 3-6-2020. He arrived 15 mins early , a plus, and did a wonderful job. I am satisfied with his work. I appreciate Fla Pools for taking care of this matter.

I signed a contract on 3/4/19 and the finishers completed the resurface on 3/19/19. I was very pleased with the timeline. They were always on time and every person I came in contact with was professional and respectful. I enjoyed working with Patrick (an owner), Anthony, (sales rep), and the rest of the construction, finishing, and maintenance crews: Alex, Kenny, Adrian, Tyler, Carl, Fernando (Finishing crew chief), and Darrin to name a few. Comment: FLA Pools was the best thing that ever happened to us. We live in Tampa Florida, and after hurricane Irma our pool got popped up the ground. Our insurance didnt cover this damage so we had to shop around a company that would fit our pockets while do a good job. We searched for a 2 months and all pools companies in Tampa area said the same thing: we are in the business of replacing or installing pools but not repairing. That is when Anthony from FLA Pools came to our house to give us an estimate. He spent over an hour with us reviewing carefully our property, the damage and possibilities of repair/replace. Then Robert - The owner came to our house and also reviewed prior to giving us an estimate.FLA Pools is a very reliable, professional, communicative company. We had wonderful experience with the workers and sub contactors. Our pool was saved and we havent had any issues with it, more than that we are saving on our maintenance because of the eco finish we picked for pool surfacing.Highly recommend FLA Pools! She came to our house at the time convenient for us and showed us beautiful graphics to help us pick the size, shape and design ( we went with the ECO Finish interior). Comment: I loved how I got hurt working for them, then when I needed days off for my doctors appointments for workers comp they told me due to my days off they had to let me go! That due to them moving to a new shop they had to cut costs. And since I had taken more days off than anybody else, they picked me. But the only days I took off was because I needed to see the doctors!
