Comment: The two workers from Florida Certified Contractors who were sent to replace rusted decking screws on all three of our decks did a great job. In our opinion, the deck railings are now more secure than when the house was built. They used materials that were of a higher quality than those used by the original contractors. The workers were professional, friendly and courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner, and they did a great clean-up job. We would highly recommend this business.

Comment: FCC did an excellent job replacing the roofs and siding on the 14 buildings in our 35 year old condominium. Our complex had never had roofs or siding done before, so there was lots of wood replacement that also needed to be done. The job required that windows had to be removed, replaced and re-hung, which was disruptive to the people living in the units. I can say that the professionalism and care with which the FCC workers performed their jobs made it as painless as possible. The workers arrived on time and when working in the units they were very careful of the contents and always cleaned up the construction debris afterwards. I would like to give special accolades to Brian the on-site supervisor who was knowledgeable, candid and prompt in returning calls.He told you what was was going to happen and when. He provided helpful suggestions and he and his team worked with the residents to reduce the disruption as much as possible. I would like to thank Henry, who did the drywall work to rebuild my window openings after the windows were re-hung. My window sills look like those of a new home! Henrys craftsmanship is extraordinary and the care and courtesy he took in my home were much appreciated. Lastly, I would like to thank big Mike, who initially removed all my windows. He removed the window frames with precision causing no surrounding damage and cleaned up after his work was done. I have to say, I was both looking forward to having the worked done but also stressed about it. The FCC team made the experience much less stressful by their professionalism and friendly attitudes. I would recommend FCC for any building job. They are amazing. 5 stars all the way for FCC Contractors!

Comment: I hired Adam and his crew to completely rebuild my concrete residential driveway. From the moment I met with his crew I felt I had made the right choice. The driveway was actually quite large and I knew it was going to be expensive. The demo of the old driveway was completed within a couple of days (80x20 foot driveway) and all of the old concrete was taken away. Adams foreman Pedro did a great job getting things cleaned up, removing tree roots that caused damage, getting the concrete forms set and the concrete poured. Pedro even come out on a Saturday to continue working, prepping for the pour. Just a couple of minor blemishes were left in the broom swept pour that left small dimples in the surface because of all the Pine trees in the area, but I guess you cant help those things when the work is outdoors. The dumpster company tore up a couple of sprinkler heads with the demo dumpster when they unloaded it in my front yard, but that was not FCCs fault. The company that dropped the dumpster did that. After living with the crumbling driveway for so long I was just glad to have it redone, and even an extra pad to park my camper on. I give these guys two thumbs up and would highly recommend them.
