Comment: Eric Thomsen was amazing! He installed Hurricane windows and sliders throughout the house. He worked fast and did an amazing job. Even the county inspector said he did superior work and that he sees a lot of horrible work every day. He also did several things to save us thousands of dollars. I can’t begin to tell you how happy we are that we chose these people to do this job.Eric was prompt, respectful, and a complete professional. It was very obvious how much he cares about his work. If you hire anyone else to do your job….you’re crazy! 😁

Comment: Eric the owner of Florida Gulf Coast Construction was recommended to us by our original home builder DM Dean to remodel our 3 stall garage into a 2 stall Man Cave/ Climate controlled storage room and a 1 stall garage.We could not have been more happy with the job Eric did for us. Eric understood our vision for this unique project and was great about communicating clearly throughout all phases of the project. He was exceptional in maintaining the quality in all parts of this remodel so that it seamlessly fit the style and quality of our original house. It is clear Eric has a great relationship with his sub contractors and the inspectors.Eric shared some excellent suggestions that helped the finished product actually exceed our original vision.We will definitely use Eric/Florida Gulf Coast Construction again on any future projects.
