Comment: Florida Palm Construction is top of the line! Only company to go with in our opinion. We felt confident with choosing FPC as soon as we met with Brian. He is trustworthy, honest and very knowledgeable. We needed full renovation on our house due to a cast iron and water pipe issue. FPC redid all the water and sewer pipes in our house. All the electric needed to be redone as well. We now have new flooring throughout the house, 3 new bathrooms and a completely new beautiful kitchen thanks to the professional team that worked on our house. Ileana, Sean, Kelly and Corey were all great to work with. Every worker that entered our home was hard working, polite and wanting to make sure everything was done right. We highly recommend Florida Palm Construction!

Comment: I highly recommend Florida Palm Construction (FPC) to anyone seeking home remodeling, renovations, or similar construction. We had water damage to our kitchen and FPC was recommended to us. We are about as unknowledgeable about construction related matters as you can get. However, the FPC team was patient, educational, made suggestions, took their time to explain the step by step process and then helped us to understand in advance all aspects of the reconstruction. Most important, the communicaton was always immediate and reliable.The best has been the outcome. The work was high quality, reasonable in cost, and professional. If there were any aspects that were not to our satisfaction (and there was only one very minor issue with a few areas of painting) they were taken care of without question.When having a home construction project there can always be some fear that the people you hire to do the job may be unreliable (especially in South Florida). I assure anyone that reads this to feel extremely comfortable and confident that you are going to have the most reliable, friendly, high quality, and timely service with FPC.

Comment: I wasn’t sure if Brian from Florida Palm Construction would be able to help with a minor repair. I thought they would only handle renovations. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a part of my garage door where it looks like the wood was coming off from the house and this was supporting my garage door. I sent Brian a picture and he said no problem, we can fix that. Oscar from Florida Palm showed up on time Monday morning and went right to work. Oscar was very professional but also very friendly. When he realized the quick fix was not going to be satisfactory, he explained what he would recommend to fix the problem. Oscar contacted his supervisor and it was decided right then to fix the issue while he was there and not reschedule. Oscar explained what he was going to do and made sure I understood it. Within a couple of hours everything was completed and cleaned up, like they were not even there. I would highly recommend Florida Palm Construction. They took the time to make sure the job was done correctly, even a small job. They took the time to make sure they explained what needed to be done. They were very committed to doing the job correctly.

We were completely satisfied from the time the estimate was provided and throughout the entire process to its completion we were impressed with the unwavering professionalism, dependability, knowledge, and passion to complete the job as agreed and make the customer happy. FPC has an awesome team who clearly are proud of their work and we are so fortunate to have them provide the service. Kyle was knowledgeable and provided the estimate without delay, Todd completed the impeccable structure foundation, and George completed the tile installation with perfection. Zdernick managed the project as well as completing the job with the finishing touches. The team was always respectful, courteous, dependable and promptly arrived consecutive days. We are extremely pleased with the results, would definitely use again, and highly recommend. UPDATE July 2019...I had FL Palm Construction return for some vanity light installation that entailed moving the location. SUPERB! Z was outstanding! Thank you for sharing your talents.

Comment: I was in the middle of a remodel of my bathroom and after having a bad experience with a contractor that either cut corners or didn’t know what he was doing, I called my trusted electrician friend for a possible referral to complete the job. The job entailed a complete bathroom remodel with a custom shower pan for a tiled shower enclosure, including all the usual flooring, vanity, toilet setup, plumbing and any electrical work. It was a complete tear-out/remodel.I was very nervous, because the last contractor didn’t follow proper protocol to create and waterproof the new shower we were wanting. Needless to say, I was skeptical of anyone coming into my home to do the work.My electrician provided me with Florida Palm Construction’s contact information, and I gave them a call. Florida Palm Const. provided me with the most professional experience I could have hoped for. Kyle Coan, Estimator, stopped by our house the day after initial contact and gave me an estimate within 24hrs. He outlined everything that was to occur and how quickly it would be performed. Mr. Coan was professional, timely and organized. I liked Kyle a lot and he was fair and patient, as I had a lot of questions. Due to the comfort level with Kyle and the knowledge he possessed, my wife and I opted for Florida Palm and it was the best decision I have made in a long time.The job was scheduled for the following week and all work was performed by Zdenek Reska, Project Manager and George Pomparau. I have never seen anyone that cared more about someone else’s house than these two guys. Mr. Reska, Project Manager, immediately made me comfortable from day one. He outlined the process they would use to construct a new shower pan, from the pre- sloped floor to prudent waterproofing by means of liquid water proof material. Any materials previously provided by the other contractor that did not conform to current code were immediately discarded and new proper materials were bought and used in their place. Mr. Reska always informed me about any possible problems with improper drywall, venting and shower pan construction and offered quick and sensible solutions.I loved George Pomparau and the careful attention to detail he placed to ensure the tile, drywall preparation, painting and grouting were all done both correctly and precisely. George used all the proper materials, tools and knowledge to ensure I had the best possible outcome for tile and wall construction. The end result was a beautiful bathroom that 2 months ago seemed more like a dream than reality. It’s no longer a dream thanks to your team…It is now reality.I could go on and on about these 3 guys, but that would take several hours. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the knowledge that George and Zdenek had in the way of construction. George even helped me with the design and color choices as well, which was not part of the job description. George was such a joy to have around and I only wish I had used Florida Palm for my other bathroom. Not all contractors are built alike and the company is only as good as its employees. So take some advice from this happy customer and if you have a construction project do not hesitate to use this company. All work was performed in a timely and organized manner. I couldn’t be happier.

Comment: Just wrapped up a room laundry/office room renovation with them and it turned out beautifully - exactly as we envisioned. Florida Palm handled everything. The existing space was extended slightly into the garage, A/C handler re-located, hot water tank replaced with tankless unit, flooring, new door, cabinets, lighting, plumbing. A lot of aspects to the job and Florida Palm delivered. Communication was solid and their crews worked clean and were respectful of my home.

Comment: I hired Florida Palm Construction to remodel a store front for a small business I just opened. I have to say the only smooth part of the process was Florida Palm Construction. Everyone I dealt with from the company was professional, respectful, and extremely competent. The finished work was better than I had originally imagined and I couldn’t be happier with what they did for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone for anything regardless of how big or small the job is.

Comment: Needed to remodel the original master bacth in our home constructed in 1970. We looked at a lot of remodeling companies and even then found that many were undependable. Little or nothing arrived on time or was complete when it came to proposals. Some couldnt do the work if we wanted a permit pulled. Others failed to provide promised references. It was a major relief to find Florida Palm Construction who were absolutely spot on in the process before construction. They obtained the necessary permits, started on time and continued without significant interruptions until the project was finished. The quality is good and the price was reasonable for what we were requesting. Their personnel, especially Corey, were professional, helpful, and willing to answer our questions during the construction. I would have to say that this was the most painless construction work we have ever had done in this area.

Comment: I could not be happier with the service, professionalism, guidance and quality of work I received from Brian, Iliana, Robert, Cory and the rest of the team. I had hired another contractor to do tile work in master bath of our unit. On the 2nd day, he managed to flood the entire apartment! After water mitigation team did their job, my unit was a mess. A friend recommended Florida Palm Construction to me so they were one of 5 companies I interviewed before signing up. Im very happy I chose them. As I do not live in the area (its a rental unit), they worked around my schedule. Going above and beyond to help save me money with certain aspects of the restoration work. Robert called me nearly every day with project updates. There were challenges and those were met with great ideas and advise from the team. Brian and Iliana were wonderful. Brian counselled me as did Robert. Iliana answered any questions I had promptly. Since it is a rental income property they did their best to get the job done as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend FPC to anyone needing a contractor. I wont think about using another company for any future contacting needs.

Comment: Brian redid our kitchen and am very pleased with the result. Our kitchen is gorgeous and was done so fast (7 weeks) I cannot believe it. His team worked through Thanksgiving and even on Christmas Day to get the job done! The team is honest, always available, and stands behind their work. All the workers and sub contractors were very nice people. Remodels are stressful, and Brian, Illeana, Robert, Diana, and everyone else made our dream kitchen come to life.

After we agreed on a price (which was almost $2000 less then a previous quote from someone else) we agreed on a time to do the job. Brian and his crew showed up on time and did the job in one day!
