Comment: We recently had our roof completely replaced by Florida State Roofing who was referred to us by a good friend. Besides a company that does quality work, the number one thing I was looking for was a company I could TRUST! After speaking directly with Chuck, the owner, our decision to choose FSR was an easy one. From my initial conversation, I could tell Chuck had extensive knowledgeable and experience in the roofing industry, as well as a tremendous reputation which was reinforced when I met with the tile company, who had high praises for him. As the work progressed on our property, our neighbor who is extremely experienced in real-estate, kept commenting about what a great job the workers were doing. Even passers by stopped to comment on the quality of the work. From start to finish, Chuck and his team were very responsive to our needs. They did a great job on our roof and responded quickly to any questions or requests. I have already given out a number of referrals to neighbors and friends, and highly recommend Florida State Roofing for their expertise, quality work and more importantly, their honesty and integrity.

Comment: Had roof replaced 15 years ago and now with Hurricane Ian it needed to be replaced again. Our original experience with Florida State Roofing and president Chuck Floyd was awesome so we went with them again. Despite the difficulty in getting a roof replaced because of the storm shortage Florida State Roofing was there on the spot. They were efficient, quick and did fantastic work on our Siesta Key home. Recommend them without reservation.

When a slight mishap necessitated ceiling repairs they took care of it right away. Comment: My roof was in desperate need of replacing, I got 4 to 5 quotes, they werent the cheapest and werent the most expensive, they were right in the middle. With that being said, when I called to make arrangements for install and discuss pricing, the salesman told me about a program that has no money out of pocket loan through PACE, I am so grateful for his recommendation. I highly recommend Florida State Roofing. My roof is beautiful, done in the time frame as explained (weather pending) they always contacted me with any questions or concerns.

After we submitted the claim, he took over the process of working with the insurance company for our claim - which certainly made the whole process easy for us. Comment: I first used Florida State roofing about 5 years ago to replace the flat roof portion of my house in veniceThey were professional in all contacts, reasonably priced, presented a system that would avoid standing water and did a great installation that I have had no issues with. It was now time to do the hip roof portion with new shingles . Adam was a wonderful contact, informative and got thr job done for me very quickly. Since I was not not th here due to covid he provided great pictures at the various stages from which I could see what a great job they did again even in my absence e. I reccomend Floorida State Roofing without hesitation for reasonable re roofing done right at at reasonable pricing. They also installed a solar attic fan with detailed pictures.
