Comment: Miguel and his crew did a kitchen remodel at our home in Vero Beach. The workmanship was top notch. It took longer than anticipated but considering Miguel lost his father, the owner of the company, within days of starting the project it was understandable. Miguel was now doing two jobs and dealing with the loss of his father. This is a company that does quality work at reasonable prices. They clean up after themselves and are very professional. Rare these days. I would recommend them highly. Just understand this is a company in high demand and will have multiple projects going at any given time. It may take a bit longer but it will be done right and with care. Carlos and Borris are highly skilled finish carpenters. Two of the best I have seen. Victor is their painter and was also a joy to work with. Good company with ethics and great workmanship ship.

Comment: I had a great experience from beginning to end. I re-did my front porch tiles, changed front door and added a railing to close out my porch. Luis came to my home, an estimate was provided fairly quickly and communication was always present throughout the project. Carlos, who did the project, was collaborative and showed up on time, daily. Very happy with the quality of work and customer service. Will definitely re-hire for other projects!

Comment: Miguel and his team did an excellent job renovating a 5 bedroom house in 2 months! They are the hardest workers around. There were guys working Monday-Saturday even late into the night. I asked for it to be done within 3 months because we had to move in and they met that deadline a month early. They completely renovated our kitchen, bathrooms, floors, even skimmed the ceiling in that short amount of time. Miguel is super knowledgeable about everything in construction. He does everything to perfection and he is a rare contractor that actually answers the phone and calls/texts back same day. Can’t say enough good things about them. Will definitely be using them in the future and now I recommend them to all my friends and family. I got quotes from 3 other contractors and I am glad I went with Garcia and Sons.

Comment: As a homeowner, I tend to get very attachedto my home. It has become my safe space andwhere I recharge both mentally and physically. I hired Garcia and Sons to renovate the entryway to my family room and mykitchen because I trusted them. I picked them out of 3 even thoughthey were more expensive. I didn’t want to go cheap and end up with a mess that would cost more to repair later on. Miguel was my guy from the start. Even after a short disagreement we were able to reestablish trust, and we have never been better since. One of the things that I admire about him and his company is their willingness tofix minor imperfections to make us happy. From day 1 when Miguel, their CEO & our kitchen remodel Project Manager came by to give us a quote up until the day our project ended, we have nothing but praises for him and his crew. They were always punctual, true to their words and very neat in their work. Borris is an expert in drywall & crown molding services. He pretty much did the core of the work and paid attention to every detail. My kitchen project had many moving pieces to it and was tough to coordinate with all the necessary contractors needed to complete the job but Miguel did it all for us! 4 weeks later, we have a beautiful kitchen!

Comment: From start to finish, Garcia And Sons Contruction estimated the job same day, started the job in 1 week, completed job in 1 week. I can’t say enough great things about this company. The crews that came out from Demolition to finish work all showed up on time every morning. At the end of every day, they cleaned up everything and left our house as clean as when they got here in the morning. There was very little disruption to our daily routine. All the workers worked safely and kept us informed of any issues. We have future renovations that we want to do. Comment: Garcia & Sons is the BEST! I couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did installing an electric fireplace in my living room. Miguel managed the project and he was clear in his communication, was very organized, polite and professional. He assured me it would only take 4 days…I was skeptical after having a lot of experience working with other construction companies who said they’d finish in a certain time, yet it always seemed to drag on for weeks. Miguel told me what his crew would be doing each day, and he was 100% accurate. They finished in 4 days, and it was a great experience! The crew were all respectful of my property, polite, and left the area clean before leaving my house each day. They framed out the wall, dry walled, and did a beautiful job on the tile work on the floor and surrounding the fireplace. I didn’t have to worry about finding my own electrician, Miguel had it all covered. He worked so hard to ensure my project would be completed in time for a celebration I was hosting in my home. I loved seeing my living room transformed into a cozy environment, and I’ve received so many compliments on the job they did. I have other construction projects I’d like to complete in the near future, and I will definitely be calling Garcia & Sons. They are my go-to construction crew from now on!

Were glad we contracted with them for her drywall and popcorn repairs plus painting. Scheduling was within a week of agreeing to the estimate and work was completed within two days.
