Comment: We run a private elite hotel business in South Florida and came across GCDEVELOPMENT several years ago after going through a total nightmare with other construction companies. Every private resort is being designed and developed now by Martin, we couldn’t find a better expert with the ability to deliver a matching detailed work, nobody comes even close to his quality, expertise in construction, transparency….the final product will blow anyone’s mind. Due to GCDEVELOPMENT we became number one in the private resort industry and wiped off our competitors. You get what you pay for, if you are in the game to get a Ferrary, don’t expect to pay the price for a Honda.

Comment: I have been working with GC Development on a handful of different projects in Florida and 1 in New York. The project in New York was to redesign a 18000 ft² building store front entryway and all common areas. This building has five different businesses Is varying from restaurants, nightclubs, storage units, and store fronts. The professionalism and quality of work Perform Exceeded My expectations.Last year in Fort Lauderdale, I had this company completely renovate a store front inside and out . Currently, they are renovating 2 waterfront properties that were damaged on the west coast for me during the hurricane. Again I highly recommend this company for any job bigorsmall.Martin and his staff were always kind Courteous and did what they said they were going to do Which in today is world means something.
