Comment: This is my second project with Green. Though Im not a contractor (Im and engineer), I know my way around them. They communicate well, handle their subs professionally, and the work is well done with quality materials. scheduling was pretty much on time and they made the extra effort to make up lost time due to the inevitable SNAFU. There was a lot of small scope changes, both adds and deducts, and they didnt quibble about pricing. the cost didnt change during the project. would definitely use them again. Nash and Sara were great to deal with.

From the very beginning they were super responsive, helped with the insurance side of things, and got the jobs done timely and effectively. From the estimator Ryan, the project manager Nash, Sara in the office who helped with paint colors and flooring, and the team of workers on their crew, we couldn’t be happier! When these men show up, they’re ready to work and they work hard. No playing around, no super long lunch breaks, just all business. A pipe had burst in our wall after Thanksgiving.Mike came out with Issac and they got right to work with getting the cabinets out of the way so they could assess the mold damage and get it removed.They were able to get that done within a matter of hours and took care to not damage what could be helped. They made sure to keep checking back and monitoring the moisture to ensure it was completely dried before removing the dryers and air cleaner.Mike was awesome with working with my insurance company to help get the claim settled quick and fast. He even spoke to them on my behalf to help settle the matter so that was one less thing I had to fret about.Definitely give 10 stars and recommend them for any of your needs

The drywall was disintegrating and the laminate flooring in the kids room was bubbling due to water under the floor. The entire shower tile work had to be removed. It was an expensive job but dealing with Mike and Woody was reassuring. They were able to work with the insurance company and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Woody took my calls even when I just expected to leave a message and he even helped our family out when we went on vacation during construction and forgot to leave a key for the person caring for my cat! They have gone above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone!

Comment: I recently had an excellent experience with Green Construction. I had a pipe leak in my kitchen that caused water damage to my cabinets. I had a plumber come out the following day but unfortunately he could not get to the leak because the cabinets and counter tops needed to be removed. On the plumbers recommendation I called Green Construction and had 3 people at my home the same day I called. They had my cabinets and granite countertops removed and the water damage treated very quickly. One of their representatives came out again the following day to check the equipment and make sure everything was drying up. One thing I appreciated the most was their communication. I was called at least one hour prior to their arrival so I was able to make sure I was home when they got there. They also arrived at the time they said they would which is very important to me. The representatives were very professional and extremely knowledgeable of their business. I would highly recommend Green Construction.

Co. is in Lakeland about 60 miles away.Rather than a local company, I hired the Green Const. Co. because of their wonderful reputation which was the best decision I’ve made in a long time.The work they did surpassed my expectations that included drywall repairs, removed old wallpaper and painted all the walls, moving a huge amount of furniture around, replacing all carpet in the condo with an upgrade in my living room dining room to vinal planking with all the work totaling over $20,000.Travis Hudson made the process Easy and was a pleasure to work with. Given the nature of the damage, and the work to be done, Green provided invaluable support and guidance throughout each stage. We had all of our floors replaced, both bathrooms remodeled, extensive work in our bedrooms, and multiple areas touched upon throughout (porch, kitchen, master bedroom, baseboard, walls, doors, fixtures). Although, during this long process, there were some hiccups, they were not to be unexpected in a project such as the one we had. What was unexpected, however, was the professional courtesy and genuine concern for the needs/desires of the client during these hiccups. Comment: So my fridge sprung a leak and I had a fair amount of water damage and mold in the house. I was referred to Green by a friend and plumber who I know to be a fanatic about quality. For him to recommend Green meant a lot to me from the start. I think about 5 min in to the initial meeting with the job estimator I knew I had found my contractor. It was clear that Mike has a passion for representing the homeowner and ensuring the insurance company is fair and equitable to their client. I mean, who gets that excited about talking to an insurance company? But Mike and Green delivered on that front. He worked tirelessly to block and tackle and in my opinion went above and beyond to represent my interests.With regards to the work, the Project Manager Ryan was a fantastic individual and professional to work with. He was responsive and respectful to both my wife and I. I always had open and proactive communication with Ryan throughout the job and I never had to wonder what was going on. He went out of his way to ensure our comfort and reduce inconvenience as much as you can when the entire kitchen and half bath are demolished. One example is that Ryan had a temporary frame built to mount our kitchen sink in so we could do dishes and have running water in the kitchen while they worked. I appreciate his thoughtful approach to a the fact that we were still living in the house. Ryan was also flexible on requests as they came his way. He never made me feel like I was bothering him when I asked for changes, even though I’m sure I was at least a time or two and he’s just too nice of a guy to say it! Ryan frequently came by the house just to meet with us and address any concerns and questions we might have had about the work being performed along the way.The various crews and contractors that showed up to work were always courteous, professional, and on time. I also noticed that it was frequently the same guys that showed up to work even though the project spanned a couple of months. I know there’s a fair amount of turnover in this industry, but these guys seemed happy and professional and kept coming back. I manage people for a living so I actually asked them a few times how they liked working for Green and they had nothing but good things to say. That tells me a lot about the company and how they treat their employees. Imagine that, a company that treats their people right and their customer right. It’s not hard to understand why the experience is superior.As with any decent scale remodel job like this we had our fair share of goof ups and mistakes. A screw got drilled too far and went through the cabinet skin, an electrical switch got installed in the wrong place, etc. Probably the biggest issue was that some of my custom countertops got some dents and dings, nothing major and if we’re being realistic there’s always going to be some amount of issues on a job like this. I mean it even happens on HGTV and if it happens in that fantasy land of home remodels you know it’s going to happen in real life. However, I can’t say enough about how Green Construction, Mike, and Ryan were always there to advocate for me and make it right. The cabinet guys came out and put a new panel on the island. An electrician moved the outlet, and Green really stepped up and made sure I was able to repair the custom countertops. They never pushed back, they just made it right. To top it all off my home insurance company went bankrupt during the job and Green still finished the job right and got all the money sorted out. Unreal. I’ve never heard of another contractor with Green’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I know two other friends that have used Green and both of them have had similar positive experiences.So to sum it all up, they got the job done right (even went above and beyond in some areas), on time, and on budget. They were friendly, professional, fair, and genuinely care not only about the work, but the customer experience along the way. Believe the Google rating y’all, it’s legit.

Painting, ramping, doorway expansion meeting not only ADA and VA requirements, but my own personal requests as well. Green construction quickly found the problem after removing the wall. They removed and replaced the rotted wood, insured that mold was not present but treated the area for mold anyway. They restored the wall better than it ever was. Additionally, what was equally impressive is how they masked off the area insuring that no dust and debris get into other parts of the house.
