Comment: Brian and his company replaced two roofs at my home in St Petersburg. Not only replaced the roofs but repaired and replaced the rotted wood on the chimney stack. On time, fast work, quality job and done in two days. Left nothing behind and did no damage to any of the plants around the outside of the house.

Comment: I would highly recommend , I had never had to work with roofing company before and on someones recommendation I called and talked to Brian, he came by my house looked at problem and got me a estimate right away, kept me posted by text and was easy to get a hold of by phone, had a situation that I needed work done rather quickly and no problem, the work was done in 1 day, no mess and he kept me posted with sending me pictures of the roof (I have flat roof so could not see) would think twice to call again if needed. He is always very easy to get a hold of and very responsive to e-mails, calls or texts. The work was completed in a timely manner and everyone on the job was very polite. Comment: Great attention to detail! When beginning to roof my detached garage apartment, Brian noticed that the trim on my main house was a cream, so he left the site to trade his white trim for one which matched my main house. His crew cleaned up well after the job. I highly recommend Grace Built!

They cleaned up after themselves so you couldnt even tell they were there and finished the job on schedule. Brian, the owner, is really such a great guy. This is the roofing company to call! Out of the 4 companies that gave me a price quote for my roof, his was the best price and the work was detailed and not rushed. Comment: Im so thankful for Brian and his crew. When buying a new house, I had to have the roof replaced as soon as I closed to get home owners insurance. Id fought with 3 other companies that couldnt commit or gave me really high estimates for a basic hip roof. I called Brian and he came out within 3 hours, gave me a very reasonable estimate and had the roof done two days after I closed. Very happy with his work, with the crew, with the price and would recommend Grace Built to all my friends/family.

Comment: Brian did an amazing job repairing issues with my roof and siding. He responded quickly to my initial contact request and was able to fix the problem the same day.
