Comment: In these trying times of pandemic issues, material shortages, delays in permits etc. that were completely out of their control, this experience was extremely stressful. Communication was not the best as we lived in Pennsylvania but our realtor was wonderful and sent pictures nearly every week. In the end Heartland came thru in every way. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and help out in any way possible. Jessica promptly answered our questions. We love our new home and are forever grateful to Heartland Homes!

Comment: The 3.5 review on google is due to nobody understanding cost (Every bad review is about price increases people experienced). You dont stay in business building homes for more cost than what you sell them for. We walked into 20K instant equity once our house was done so I would say it was worth it. It was completed 4 months after the quote due to supply chain issues. The house is built well and value for what we paid. They did follow up on their warranty issues. Communication was tough but they got the job done. I hired them to build me a house; not become my friend!

Alain Fernandez was the sale representative and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Heartland Homes, Kevin and Alain.Our home is beautiful and looks even better than we were expecting. Exceeded our expectations!Please be patient when building a new home, takes time, weather conditions, permits, and contractors can delayed the construction process, but it’s well worth the wait. It’s something all builders go through. But the results are amazing and well worth the time.So happy with the home! They did an amazing job with our home! Extremely happy! The tiles, appliances and all the upgrades in the bathrooms are so nice!!! If you are looking for a new home stop by and check them out. They look even better in person!Thank you very much for all your help and patience!

Comment: Took longer than anticipated. Excellent price and kept true to their word. You get exactly what you sign, and although communication can be improved upon, it was pretty smooth until the last couple of months before closing. The walkthrough can be better, I appreciate Kevin’s willingness to help and get things done. Alain is a great sales person. My closing was pretty stressful and an adventure to say the least. At the end of the day, they are builders and the quality is top nop notch, and boy do I love my home. Thank you for your hard work and I will definitely recommend and do business with again.

Comment: Yes, they raised our price on the model we were building as many others have stated. However, for those of us that were forced to back out; they’re returning our deposit… something that many builders do not do. (They made this return process fairly simple, and I did not have to chase anyone down either)Overall, it was a pleasure dealing with Heartland Homes, and we will consider building with them in the future when the time is right for us.In the beginning there was a lack of communication, but that definitely improved over the past 3-4 months.Regardless, I do believe Heartland Homes was making an effort to build quality homes at the best price possible.

Comment: I have been in sales a long time and the professional service my wife and I received at this sales office was superb. Not one to give credit unless it is due. We were not from the area and had been talking to Mario and the Sales Manager Kevin a few days before we arrived. Both of them patiently provided us with all the info we needed via phone and email. Mario was scheduled to be OFF on Labor Day and came in regardless to accommodate us as it was the only day we were available to make it up there. He went over many options with us and took us around many homesites and models to help us make a decision. He was very informative to say the least. Kevin also stopped by to introduce himself and welcomed us with a pleasant greeting. We were also helped by Amanda and Alian whom kindly helped us pick colors, floors, etc. Amanda was extremely patient when my wife whom could not make up her mind LOL. My wife was undecided on granite/floor options and Alian jumped in with no hesitation and offered to show us several other homes which were built so that she could make a decision. The homes were a couple miles away from the office, but Alian would stop at nothing to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with our choices. This is what TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. We bought a home that day and the staff made it that much more special. Mario and Kevin continue to offer us great service as we get ready to build our home. We rang the bell that day.
