Comment: I engaged Heaven Sent to replace two roofs on a pair of investment properties . They were very competitive and most importantly transparent and honest in the quote , advising of any unforeseen factors that may increase price. In terms of execution Francisco and Team were on point in terms of providing updates. The quality of the work was exceptional as evidenced by the building inspections passing first time and the whole process was super smooth.In summary there is a reason why Heaven Sent have 5 star reviews and that was evident for me with the manner in which the job was conducted. Comment: WOW! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!I cannot believe how easy it was to get my home reroofed. I was considering doing it on my own, but I am so happy that I decided to do a little bit of research on companies here in Tampa. Went to the BBB website and found Heaven Sent Construction. A+ rating. The name of the company speaks for itself, definitely Heaven Sent. We were worried before getting our roof done considering how expensive they are and about how long it would take to get it done. (We have a neighbor with an exposed roof for months from some other company) We asked for a quote and Francisco was very responsive, came out to give us a quote and to see exactly what we needed. He sent us over a quote and had his team over in the same week! The guys finished our roof in ONE DAY!!! My wife and I cannot be more happy with how professional and how fast everything was accomplished. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Heaven Sent. I will definitely be using them for any of our future needs. Thank you guys for your work and expertise!

Comment: Heaven Sent Built Out our 43,000 square foot facility on Fowler Ave. (The Former Toys R Us Store) a few years ago and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond and worked closely with us on every detail. We have since used them on a few additional projects in the building and they always do great work. We highly recommend them as they are a company with integrity.
