I had backed my service van into my front porch a few weeks back. The right side of my porch was bent and unbolted from the floor and walls - a real mess! A competitor quoted me a small fortune to have all of the iron work completely re-done on my porch. Robert heard me out and showed real concern for my needs. Within the next day, a crew was dispatched out to assess and repair my porch. Cesar and his crew were great! It took months(!) for us to obtain a permit (City of Miami) but Alex and Roberto eventually made it happen, and the final product is definitely of the highest quality. It looks even better than we expected and the functionality (and gate operator) is great / secure. Clean, modern, solid design; and they coordinated everything (from post digging to clean-up, electrical, and gate operator installation). You get what you pay for - and Hevia delivered. Comment: We have done several projects with Hevia and are extremely satisfied with the first class job and service they provide. Alex and his father do a fantastic job making sure the client is happy and it is done to their liking. Every time I call Alex or his father and need them onsite, they are here within an hour or that day. I have never had a problem trying to chase them down. We have done a dog area gate, two front gates, restoration work, and will do future projects with Hevia. Comment: Hevia Aluminum built the inside railings, exterior balcony railings and fence of my home. All work was custom order & they had no problems building in their own shop what we wanted. Extremely knowledgeable on building of stairs and permiting requirements; they also worked very clean throughout entire process inside our home. Finishes on railings were high-end quality and they did not hesitate to return back to fixed minor adjustments on railings after work was completed. Inside stair railings required them to drill over (90) holes in marble stair slabs and they did great job of not damaging any steps or paint on walls. They also met our deadline of finishing the job. Would not hesitate to recommend this family run iron work team.
