He cares deeply about each person and it shows from the very first email to closing to post closing. It felt like a long journey but after consistent communication, meeting all of the requirements, and closing on our house, we are now in our forever home!! In addition, Mike who oversees all of the contractors to build the homes is an exceptional human being and we can’t thank him enough for all of the work he’s done for our family. Comment: My nephew and his fiancé came to Starlight and just started the paperwork for buying their starter home. The sales consultant, Dagmarie Rios, was wonderful with us. Very helpful, up front, and informative. She gave them step-by-step directions on how to get their paperwork done to qualify. Thank you for being so patient and caring with your clients.

My husband and I were referred to Sales Consultant David Stack by our friends who purchased a town home in the Madison Place community in Davenport, FL. The consultants walk you through the home-buying process with ease and answer any questions you may have. Working with David has truly been a smooth and wonderful experience as he has always kept in touch with us so are informed.
