Comment: From the estimate with Terek to the installation with Andrew and Mike this was the best construction experience i have ever had. Terek provided support with with scheduling and they got the job done well as quickly and neatly as they could because we had renters coming. The work was done beautifully and Andrew and Mike kept me informed while i was away . They are all very helpful, talented and professional! I would hire them to build a house! ( i wish i did.)

Comment: Holeman Inc. Replaced my old ugly siding with new beautiful Hardie Board siding. I got several quotes leading up to this project and right from the start the salesperson David inspired confidence. Every single person I interacted with and that worked on my house was incredible. Andrew, Mike, Kriss, and Eddie all went above and beyond. Even when I called the office and spoke to Caroline, everyone was so good and responsive. And the results are amazing. My home is beautiful. I wouldnt recommend anyone else.

Comment: Remove old siding and install new siding.The crew was fine, great actually, they did their work with minimal intrusion and showed up daily on time.The company took forever, required hounding to get things going. They kept pushing for delays, and wouldnt notify us of impending delays. A project that was supposed to be completed months before my transfer home, finally completed a month after my return.Further, other issues in the process makes it appear as if the sales reps may be offering more than than the company is prepared to do. The quote was fine, and the final work came in over the original quote. Probably because items promised were left off the build, likely due to the sales guy again.However, the end result is what counts, right? Maybe? So while it was a little delayed, the siding was put up, and the house looks great. I really like it. My reservations (why only the four star rating) is because of the lack of communication, and the repeated delay in getting the work completed.My other reservation is that the siding was not sealed where the planks meet the trim. Additionally the mounting holes were not filled. While I agree a painter might normally perform this, it seems like it should have been done as part of the installation. According to the manufacturer, Most James Hardie siding is installed with caulking around windows and at corners. When I asked Holeman Inc about this, I was told the painter would do this... which means its going to cost more money on the painting.Id still do it again, in the end, I would just expect delays.

We started by meeting with Wes Bonfra, architect/salesperson, who explained the Hardie product and the process of re-siding. He was very well informed and a pleasure to work with. Tarek Homsi checked in on us regularly, so that we could schedule the start of siding immediately after installation of our impact windows. Andrew Ashbaker, project manager, took over the overall management once the carpenters/installers, were on sight.Our biggest thanks and deepest gratitude go to Oscar and Helen our Hardie installers. They are the most wonderful people…they care so much about the quality of their work and the happiness of the homeowner! They worked day in and day out, despite horrible heat and wet days…always with a smile on their faces. Oscar and Helen are a great team, and their great work is proof of that. Comment: Had full windows and siding replaced. Took eleven weeks for materials to arrive because of co-vid, but it was worth the wait. Any issues I brought up they fixed or had a reasonable answers for. They took the time to explain things and show what they were doing to put our worries to rest. Once they got the materials they finished everything in under a week. Dave, Tom, Andrew, Tariq and the other workers were very friendly and quick to answer any questions. In the end, we feel like we paid a little more, but we got a fantastic end result that we are more than happy with.

Also special thanks to Andrew and Tarek for keeping me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Holeman. Their work is meticulous. I have absolutely nothing to complain about starting with my meeting with their salesperson David, the plywood replaced by Misa and his crew, my dream team of installers Oscar and Helen, all they way through to the final piece of siding that was installed on my house. Oscar and Helen were so very conscientious and kept my yard as neat as possible. My neighbors have also used Holman for their siding. Although they did not have Oscar and Helen, they too were extremely pleased with their Holeman installers and the work done Holeman. I recommend you use this company. You wont be disappointed.

The crews were professional and timely, communication was fantastic! Our neighbor was having construction the same time and there was a night and day difference between Holeman and the company they used. (I.E. beer bottles in their yard, urinating in their yard)-not very cool. Thank you all for making the process seamless!!! Cheers guys! I would definitely recommend Holeman to anyone!!

Comment: Had whole house window replacement with Simonton low e series windows which included 4 sliding doors and 10 windows. Salesman was professional, on time and always picked up his phone when I called. He also provided me with references. We started process in November and due to Covid quarantine could not install till July. I understood what was going on because the salesperson and field supervisor always responded to my calls once quarantine lifted. The crew taped off my belongings in my home and the installation was top notch. They took the pictures needed by the inspectors, went over permit with them and insured the one item needed by the Village of Wellington was received and email provided to me that the windows had been passed. It took about two and half days for completion.My new windows are beautiful!I would highly recommend them for your window installation.

Our crew was comprised of wonderful and diligent staff from Wes, architect/sales, then project manager Andrew and John, supervisor were excellent and visited and monitored and oversaw the work almost daily. Installers Patrick and Radak are precise and oriented to detail and are so professional and polite. My neighbors provide praise regarding the windows Michael and his crew installed. Comment: Very pleased with Holeman Inc. from start to finish. They provided a reasonable quote, showed up on time and worked very hard, finished project without any problems. Andrew, Wes and Oscar were all great to work with. We looked for a lot of people to do our siding, but most contractors dont have a lot of experience with Hardie board, but Holeman specializes in it and they are very good at what they do.

Each individual of the company, from proposal to completion was extremely diligent, attentive and offered options and information for the best outcome possible. The workmanship is impeccable - every trim-to-siding joint was caulked, all cut ends and joints painted. The worksite was kept clean and free of debris. The company provided their installers with a restroom facility and safe access with scaffolding and safety equipment. Comment: Residing project on single story 3 bed / 2 bath home. Hardie Board all around. Holeman crew was professional from the start. Any questions I had were answered quickly from the project foreman. They knocked out the entire project in a week. Great craftsmanship, awkward corners and shapes were fitted beautifully! After everything was done, I still had some questions here and there, the foreman still answered everything I threw at him. Overall, awesome results and great company to work with for any siding projects.
