Comment: My house was in desperate need of a remodel as it contained the original cabinets and flooring from when it was built 30 years ago and severely outdated. I found Matt online and knew he was the perfect person for the job after reading all his positive reviews. He came over and was so pleasant and professional and provided me with an estimate to install kitchen cabinets and tiles in all rooms in the house. The place was a total disaster as it contained 30 years of junk that needed to be cleaned out before he could even think about the cabinets. I disappeared for 3 months cleaning out the house so he could do the remodel. I was afraid I scared him off, but he was wonderful and went above and beyond.I was originally working with a well-known home improvement store for the design and cabinets, so he was only doing the installation and the tile installation. I had already worked with a designer from the store for over a month and was thrilled with the cabinets, tile, backsplash, and counter tops selected. Unfortunately, despite me telling them I was only buying the cabinets and not the installation from them, they were pressuring me to have them do the installation as well. They had horrible reviews, so I knew I wasn’t having them do it all along. They held my measurements hostage and would not confirm the design fit the measurements. They would only release the measurements after I purchased the cabinets. I was not going to buy cabinets without knowing the design fit with the measurements. They said they would not stand by the measurements if they were not doing the installation, and on the morning of the last day of the 30% sale on the cabinets they suggested I have my contractor do the measurements.So, in a panic I called Matt. He had not done measurements since I already had everything done with the designer of the store. I was freaking out. He was in the middle of a job and could not come to take measurements. He called his cabinet person and called in a favor. Within 2 hours his cabinet person was at the house and took measurements and created a design that I loved. I fired the “big store” that afternoon and was confident in both gentlemen to do the whole project.Matt was wonderful and started the job 2 months before the anticipated start date. His tile guys were meticulous and did a wonderful job throughout the house. The cabinets I picked were delivered in record time and before I knew it, Matt had brought my vision of my kitchen to reality. He was wonderful as I continued to add things to his job. He ultimately removed a pantry, installed the cabinets, removed, and replaced the vanities and lights in 3 bathrooms, 7 ceiling fans, beautiful lighting and extended the countertops and so many other things. Every detail of the job was done to perfection all the while offering suggestions. Somehow, he was able to see my vision and put it into reality. I would recommend him to EVERYONE. He is the best. I stayed in the house for the whole process and enjoyed the 2 months of working with him. I wish I had more for him to do but he did EVERYTHING.

Last year we upsized & we were hoping he was still around…lucky for us he is & better than ever! Comment: Absolutely breathtaking would describe the transformation of my kitchen by Matt Seaman of House Call LLC! My friends and family were elated when they saw the completed work. Matt was beyond exceptional!!! His skill level and work ethic were first-rate. He was always on time, worked meticulously, and truly changed how I feel about my home! The cost was exactly what he said it would be. From ordering & assembling top quality cabinets, adding beautiful lighting, coordinating the quartz countertops, to plumbing, electrical and tile work...he did it all and I couldnt be happier! I was in awe with how much work he would complete each day. I dont think you can find anyone better than Matt for a remodel project. Matt is honest, reliable, and well-skilled! Comment: We are from CT and bought a condo in April for a winter haven. It needed a total renovation, kitchen and both bathrooms and we had three weeks to find a contractor, design the new layout and get started. We did the Google search and contacted several contractors and luckily one of them was Matt Seaman. From the first meeting we felt we could trust him, and he was straightforward and easy to deal with.We worked out a design, which involved removing a wall to open up the kitchen area and left the job in Matts skilled hands. His craftmanship and attention to details is top notch in all the trades. What we really liked was he continually offered suggestions to improve the project, like moving a few of the old LED ceiling lights to line up with the newly installed ones or warning us the tile for the shower floor was too glossy and he returned it and we picked a more suitable tile. Also, not being from the area, he suggested a great countertop contractor, popcorn ceiling removal company and shower door company as well as tile retailer.We flew down and saw the final results at the end of July and were blown away at the transformation from a tired old 1980s condo to a stunning new showplace to spend our winters!Highly recommend Matt and glad we found him.

Comment: If you are looking for a dependable, hardworking, extremely talented contractor then hire Matt Seaman!! Matt remodeled our old kitchen in our condo and the results are amazing!! Unlike most places that advertise redoing your kitchen, Matt does all the work himself!! Need electrical, plumbing, and demolition as part of the job -- no problem!! Matt does not subcontract out any of it!! You dont find many people out there any more that are true craftsman!! My dad was a builder so Matt had to live up to that with me!! He passed my test with flying colors!! My dad would have definitely approved!!

Comment: Matt is an extremely talented contractor who we were extremely pleased with from start to finish. Our guest bathroom was in need of a full remodel and the result did not disappoint. He was reliable and friendly as well as trustworthy. His expertise was exhibited throughout the entire process and his guidance was much appreciated. He left the work space clean each day and was considerate of our time as he was true to his word on how long it would take so we could plan accordingly.
