Comment: They did an unbelievable job bringing our vision to life. They transformed our building from a mechanical brake shop to a children’s Gymnastics facility. I love how responsive and communicative this company is. And I hear nightmares about how contractors take well longer than anticipated estimate to finish a job, but not this company. They finished before their estimated time. And it was very quick. I would recommend this company 100 times over.

Comment: The IBI team built out our most recent laundromat – Wash & Go II at 5910 Atlantic Boulevard, Jacksonville FL. They did a fantastic job! From initial budget to final inspections, the IBI team delivered on every aspect. The project was completed on time and within budget, despite the prevalent supply and labor shortages. It was a pleasure to work with this close-knit family business, and they will always be our first go-to on future projects. Thank you Joe, David and team!

Comment: From the very first email until the very last day of service, the guys at Interior Buildouts have been phenomenal! Joe the owner, makes sure your job is getting done and on time. David took care of me from the start, from my initial phone call and email to responding and meeting me the very next day! They stuck by me through all of my landlords problems and made my experience that much more enjoyable. They really take the time to make sure you know what is happening, when it is happening, and who to contact in case you need them. There was always a site supervisor on site to make sure the work was being done in a timely manner. I will not use another contractor for my commercial needs in Jacksonville except for these guys!!! Comment: Dave and Joe helped us to build out our restaurant at the St Johns Town Center area. It is my first restaurant and needless to say, I have no experience. However, Dave and Joe made it extremely easy for us. They handled everything from A to Z and I did not even need to lift a finger. The space is small but Interior Buildouts was able to appropriately utilize the space so everything works out in the end. The build quality is great and Interior Buildouts does provide limited warranty on their work. They always follow up and make sure everything is good.We will launch our second location sometime next year so we will definitely go with Interior Buildouts again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Not only are they honest and friendly, but the team really invests in their employees, making an effort to bring each team member up to proficiency in a wide variety of skills. During my time at IBI, I learned to patch and mud drywall, demo and install walls and doors, restore door frames, concrete installation and removal, basic carpentry, and so much more. I was also taught to watch a job closely to ensure no detail was missed. This included measuring and re-measuring, double checking plans, and occasionally reinstalling items to make sure they were perfect before the next step. They take the time to invest in their people because at the end of the day, more knowledgeable eyes on the job make for more attention to detail, which is the edge this company provides to its customers.If youre looking for a great company to work and learn under, consider IBI.If youre a property manager looking for a company that will take true ownership of your job and make it flawless, look no further.

Comment: IBI won a competitive bid for the The HCI Groups office build out in a new corporate location. Joe and David worked hard to review the designers construction plans. They went back to the planning department and Fire Marshall to revise the plans which saved over $20k over the original plans. There were several delays that were outside of anyones control due to COVID delays at many manufacturers. David kept open the lines of communication for any delays. HCI is very happy with the completed project.

On time and on budget (or in our case under budget) is not just a catch phrase to them. They completed a very complicated build out with some very detailed and precise design requirements in record time for my company.
