Comment: I called upwards of 15 contractors, received a callback from 5, and only felt confident in one. I had a large downstairs bathroom split into two separate bathrooms to improve the layout. They were always easy to communicate with, addressed all my concerns, and made sure I was happy with every step of construction. I will be calling them for my next project.

All I can say is.....”I was Thrilled to find JAM”. The owner(Rick Mendoza) walked me thru the process and he could not be more patient with me and my wife. Not only in the beginning to help me understand the process and cost, but during all the steps until they finished it. What an excellent job they did with my roof and bathroom. Rick and his staff went above and beyond walking us thru all the steps. Not only would we highly recommend them for any job, but we have already promoted them to all of our family and friends. Comment: I hired this company to put down floors for me in my new home. There was carpeting that we were replacing with EVP vinyl flooring. They did an outstanding job. The floors came out perfect, and the service was great. They provided plenty of communication and took pride in their work. I dealt with Marisol and Rick, who did everything they could to make sure we were happy with their services, and we appreciated that they took the job since it was a smaller one when others would reject it for that reason. I would absolutely use them again if I needed something else done. Theyre very kind and courteous gentlemen. The crew they sent for the job were very nice also. Cant go wrong with this company!

Comment: This was my first time having to deal with home repairs. I needed to get a new roof due to hurricane Irma. This was a very scary process. However, through constant prayers, I was connected to JAM Construction. I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say about this company. They were on time, professional and always willing and ready to answer any questions I had. It took them 2 days to complete the project and at the end of each day, they never left a mess. Comment: When my wife and I purchased our home we deliberately chose an older one not only because of the affordability but for the opportunity to update over time and put our own stamp on it. The first project we decided to work on was the hallway/guest bathroom. We consulted a few companies but eventually decided on JAM Construction. It was an entire gut job with replacements for practically all pieces and a roof raise over the tub. When the job was completed, everyone who visited the home was amazed and asked who did such a wonderful job.Over the course of the next few years, even though we consulted other contractors to gauge what was fair market pricing, we always came back to JAM Construction because of the quality of work and the relationship that has been fostered. Thus far we have had JAM redo our entire kitchen including installing a pot-filler, an upgrade of the main fuse box to install a tank-less water heater, the laying of several concrete slabs in the backyard, a repainting of the interior and exterior of the house, the removal of popcorn ceilings, and the construction of an office in the garage.My wife and I can truly say that the house we live in is now OUR home. And since we have a few more projects to do, we will be looking to JAM Construction first.
